The room is big and warm, the location is nice

There is no lift so you have to carry your bags up (the reception guy was gentle and helped us with the bag though)

Everybody was so friendly, the food was great, drinks were great. It was so good with prices and it was so close to the centre and it was so clean and comfortable. I do not have a bad thing to say

I was pleased and satisfied with everything. I absolutely have no bad thing to say. The only thing I could think of woul be the fact that they didn’t check my documents until the evening before I left but they still did it and it was so simple and easy

The coffee was excellent. Actually the pizza was very tasty. The menu really looked great but in the end we got the pizza because it looked really good. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great neighborhood to have a walk as well.

Helpfulness and helpfulness of the receptionist. In some hotels and guesthouses they used to have a larger selection of food for breakfast.

We had no idea that you had to make reservations for dinner at the hotel restaurant. We waited about 20 minutes for a table and then another half hour before we could order dinner. We were constantly bothered by flies during dinner and breakfast.

I had a beautiful 180 degree view on the mountains from my balcony.

My husband and I, along with his brother and sister-in-law stayed for two nights en route home from Slovenia. All four of us were pleased with our accomodations.- The rooms were reasonably sized, exceptionally clean, and with a balcony that overlooked the rear of the building - and nearby mountains. The hotel is in a residential neighborhood, so it's quiet at night.- Because my husband and I hate duvets because we always end up too hot, we removed them from their covers, folded them, and stored them in the closet. The following day, upon returning to the room after it was cleaned and made up, the person who attended to it very kindly put top sheets on the bed for us. With those and the (new) duvet covers, we were perfectly comfortable. That's the kind of attention to detail that makes a stay memorable.- It's not just the cleaning staff who are great. The woman who works at the bar and the manager went out of their way to help us out when my husband locked us out of our room. Even though it was very much our mistake, the woman at the bar called the manager, who arrived within 15 minutes with his skeleton key. He then patiently waited while I tore apart our belongings, only to realize that the key had been locked in our car (and our car keys locked in our room).- We ate both nights in the restaurant. Great food!!!- Yes, as others have commented, the check in process is a bit odd. There is no staff at the front desk in the afternoon, so one must go to the bar to check in and receive one's key. It's certainly not inconvenient, but can be a bit disconcerting to arrive and no one is behind the desk. This, however, is a small hotel which is clearly family run. - Do note: There is no lift/elevator

As others have commented, the breakfast is marginal and the person who oversees it is clearly disinterested and tends to disappear. No cutlery was on the table; no milk was provided for the coffee tho we had requested it; limited selection of food. The disappearing employee was clearly unhappy when we hunted her down with our requests for knives, forks, and milk.

Good location, close to the center and services (despar).The restaurant and pizza are very good.

Bed pillows

Everything was perfect! The only tiny thing - the hotel provided just one small pack of shower gel; I would be happy to have at least three - by the number of days stayed. But I am sure they would give me more if I asked at the reception.

Great spot to stay at before crossing into Austria. Parking was convenient and good was great.
