Hotel Thuinerwaldele

We loved this hotel! Everything about our stay was wonderful. The staff were very nice. Our rooms were very accommodating(we rented 2 rooms for our group of 6). Our 12 year old really enjoyed having her own detached area from us-with her own TV. We enjoyed the balcony and being able to sit outside directly from our room. The breakfast was amazing! We also ate at the restruant for dinner and the food was wonderful! Our kids enjoyed the playground equipment and had a great time using it. Outside views were gorgeous! We really enjoyed staying and were sad tk only have booked one night. We wished we would have planned to have stayed longer. If we come back to the area we will plan to stay here again!

Was managing by family, the host was so nice humble and very useful, sure we will come back The breakfast was excellent

Nothing every thing just was good

The house itself, spacious, well-designed room,balcony.

Not a good location for a hiker, a little too far outside Vipiteno/Sterzing. If you are driving, you will like it for its location high above the valley.

Very good breakfast.The breakfast room is very nice and large with big panoramic windows to the mountains. The same room is used as restaurant.Very nice location near Vipiteno, about 30 min. walk to the center, downhill.

Helpful staff, clean rooms and the restaurant was open till late – it was wonderful to start our stay off with fresh hot pizza and cold beer even though we arrived well after 9 p.m. Gorgeous views at breakfast.

It would be great to have a kettle in the room. Also, wish the bed in our room had been one big one not two small ones put together.

Ideal location just off the autostrada. The property was quiet and well appointed and we enjoyed a good meal.

Nothing to dislike at all

Lovely setting just outside Vipiteno. Great views. Clean, modern room with a large balcony. Good breakfast!

Great location up the hill away from the noise of the town but easy walk to Vipiteno. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and large with a balcony overlooking the mountains and town below.

We only stayed one night, on our way south. The rooms was as expected, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner we great. And free parking onsite.

I like the comfortable room and cleanless. The view from balcony was nice. It is all green around the hotel. Food was average.

-They brought 4 different menu to pick food for dinner. It was frustrating to understand the categorization of the menus! Pages of lists to read and decide what to eat. We were so tired of reading and trying to understand what is what. At the end decided eat Pizza because it was easy to choose!- Location would be difficult to reach without a car. Half an hour walking up to the hill.- Spa area looked a bit better in the pictures. There was mainly 2 very small sauna and steam bad. I was expecting a hot pool. But it was not a jacuzi, just cold water. There was one more sauna but it was not working. Resting area was nice. Overall It was nice to spend time there.

This is our second stay here and we particularly like the rooms, the location (good for walking your dog after a long day driving and easy access to the old town), the breakfast (excellent choices and fresh) and have enjoyed a great pizza both times on the evening we arrived (makes us sound unadventurous but it was so good the first time, that we couldn't resist the second!)

The property is a really nice typical mountain house. The staff is very friendly and the food very tasty. We had a very good dinner for a very reasonable price and an excellent breakfast.

When we arrived the bathroom was rather smelly, but after letting the water flow a bit the smell luckily disappeared. Maybe next time better to check and do this before the guests arrive.
