Suberb location. Room very comfortable. Very friendly staff. Our dog was also more than welcome.

My stay exceeded all expectations! The spacious room, charming balcony, and the blend of exquisite interior and exterior design created a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere. The cute Finnish sauna house, the stunning park, and the breathtaking views added a magical touch. For nature enthusiasts, the hiking opportunities nearby are an absolute delight.The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even more memorable. The meals were both delicious and generously portioned—a fantastic value for money!A highlight of my visit was a sports massage with Barbara. Her expertise made it the perfect choice, leaving me refreshed and energized.I can't wait to return to this beautiful haven. Highly recommended!

I traveled with a friend (not a partner), and we were surprised to find that the shower room had transparent walls. While it was beautifully designed, it would have been helpful to know about this detail beforehand to better plan our stay.

Really comfortable room and bed, hospitable, competant and helpful staff, good food, great views, good pool area and lovely garden.

All staff were lovely, all speak fluent German, Italian and English. Spa facilities were really lovely and relaxing and the massage we did was incredible. Food is really 5 star quality. Breakfast is great and good parking. Close to Central town. Room was spacious and comfortable.

The only thing that bothered us was the location of the hotel as opposite the front of the building is a cemetery. Found that rather strange.

Staff were super friendly and helpful and made sure I got something to eat, despite arriving late.

the room is renovated with great view. The hotel is very cozy and the staff were friendly and collaborative. When we checked out, they provide us with a small gift for each rooms which was very nice and appreciated.

The well maintained nature ambience outside hotel. The staff is excellent, with the exception of restaurant Cheff.

Breakfast should be better, in some details. Chef of the restaurant is probably the person out of the control of management. Opening hours of restaurant in summer time is something unbelievable. Dinner from 6 pm to 8.30 pm, in summer time, least but not last. If you arrived e.g.8.20 pm, you are allowed to order just one course because the restaurant close at 8.30, instead of that is regular opening hours. Crazy.

Some rooms are quiet old and the location is very close to the highway.

Comfortable room, and nice spa area. A very nice breakfast. Easy to get to and not far from the center of town.

Even though the reception was closed, they waited for us, even gave us a drink from the closed bar and next morning, brought our daughter a cake for her birthday. ❤️A beautiful hotel, old house mixed with modern architecture, great staff, beautiful area, stunning little city.
