Great property and staff just minutes from Old Town.

Finding the parking garage is a little confusing but the staff helped us figure it out. After that no issues whatsoever.

The breakfast was the best we had on our whole trip! They had such amazing variety, everything was so fresh and very unique, gourmet items. The hostess brought around freshly made smoothies every morning! I could have sat there all morning eating if I didn’t have places to go! And the breakfast room was beautiful with their live plants decorating it. The staff were delightful! So kind and friendly! One really nice perk was the available washer and dryer on site, which came in very handy for our 18 day trip! Facilities were very nice, our room was small but that seems to be the norm for boutique hotels. Location was very accessible to the town of Vipetino, which was adorable! We appreciated the staff suggestions for dinner restaurants which both turned out to be excellent!

Very stylish small (16 rooms) place within 3 minutes walk to best part of vipitino. Usually no staff on site but good breakfast and excellent facilities. Great manager. Try to get the river side rooms.

This stay truly exceeded all expectations. We travel often, but this place stands out as something special. Every single staff member was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and supremely comfortable from end to end. The entire interior is full of charm and thoughtful details. Breakfast was generous and genuinely delicious. The location is also perfect — just a few steps from the town’s charming main square. And the way our little baby was welcomed — with such warmth and care — was simply heartwarming. We’ll definitely return soon, and next time, for longer.

A small misunderstanding at checkout, I paid the day I arrived in cash, the hotel owner (Nadin) was at the reception, when I checked out the lady at the reception asked me for another €5.We are not talking about a large amount here, when I told her that I paid everything upon arrival and that she had to talk to Nadin about it, we had an hour to go to the city and when we returned she said that we had to pay because Nadin was not answering the phone, so I paid. Since then I have not heard from them.

Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff! Brenda was amazing! I would recommend her boss give her a raise! She works hard to make everyone feel special and welcomed. Her attention to detail is amazing.

Thumping bass from the local bar. At least they stopped at midnight.

We had a lovely friendly welcome from the woman on reception who was very helpful when advising us where to eat in the evening. The hotel has been beautifully decorated. The breakfast in the morning was exceptionally good with a really good selection of cereals, yoghurts and cheeses. We both agreed it was the best hotel breakfast we've ever had.

Our bedroom was too warm for us despite turning the heating down but that is a problem we have everywhere.

The hotel is new, very nicely decorated and super comfortable beds. Nadine was very nice, welcoming and enthusiastic. We felt very welcome and at ease. The breakfast was divine! Not only was there a lot of choice but it was all of the best quality and nicely presented.

The property is brand new, featuring a clean and spacious room with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of both savory and sweet options. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Vipiteno city center and several local restaurants. Although we didn’t end up needing a cot bed for our child, the owners kindly provided one and even upgraded us to a larger room.

There is no free parking near the property, but this is to be expected in most city centers.

Our experience at this apartment was a highlight on our 6 week European trip. Our apartment overlooking a snowy River was amazing with a fully equipped kitchen, super comfy bed and beautiful shower. The owner of the hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful during our 3 day stay, even while managing a new born child. We were very impressed. Also a special mention is needed of the beautifully presented breakfast each morning. It was a feast for the eyes with special smoothies made for us each day. Great stay.

Nothing to dislike. We had a great experience and were sad to leave this beautiful town. Definitely will return.

EVERYTHING! The Staff were amazing and very helpful. We arrived for a day and were stunned by the Sole and the city of Vipiteno. They were very helpful in arranging us to stay another night in the same room :) We will be coming back at our earliest opportunity!

We were greeted by Nadine who made our first time their wonderful. Her kindness and help were so appreciative.The breakfast was wonderful everything fresh the choices just lovely.

It had no air conditioning and that made it a little uncomfortable but I hear that they are putting it in at the end of the year so no doubt it will be fantastic when it’s in.

Great location in the centre of Sterzing. Sole is a new hotel in a lovely and charming town and is 5 minutes walk from the town centre. Very friendly and helpful owner, who interacted with us and all the other guests. Really nice and unique breakfast with local produce -the owners’ only concern was that we may not have eaten enough of it!

Great location right in the center of the Old Town and just a few steps away from some great restaurants. Room immaculately clean and stylish, bonus points for the little river roaring outside all night, how relaxing! Helpful and staff and tasty breakfast chock full of local products.

If it had been hotter, I could imagine the room getting very stuffy. Perhaps a fan would come in handy?

Vipiteno is a beautiful town.

Small and hot room. The car park was not easy to reach.

Everything ? It is a very small hotel, quiet. Room was very nicely decorated. In the lobby/breakfast room there is a beautiful magnificent stone table. Very tasty breakfast, local products. The staff was very kind, helpful.

We wish we could stayed for more than a day. We will come back.
