Great location, beautiful views of the mountains, delicious breakfast with a lot of options, great staff

The bathroom had a smell in our room

The main building was booked, we lodged in a spacious 3 people mini-appartment in one of their annex buildings. What we weren't aware of was that the hotel parking wasn't free. And we were disappointed by how dirty the apartment was.

Nice hotel very close to town center. Room was specious and we liked the bathroom that was modern. We got crib for our baby which was of great help. Parking is just ourltside the hotel which was great as we are family with child and dog.

Breakfast offer could be improved.

Breakfast bar was just basic, and bar staff friendly but guy at check in was just ok. Would not stay again

About 15-20 minute walk from the train station. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The hotel and room were very clean, cheerful, and cozy.The bed was very comfortable. A fan was in the room.Breakfast had a good selection of German food...breads, cheeses, eggs, meat, yogurt.

It was difficult for me to find the entrance even with an app on my phone because of Old Town walls blocking the way and view.It was very quiet except for the doors of guests' rooms on the other side of the hall.

Room was hot . No fans or air conditioning. There was airconditioning in the reception. Breakfast had some things that were leftover from day before .

Easy access to the city center and only a 10-ish minute walk to Roskopf ski lift. very clean room and decent breakfast. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

I couldn’t figure out how to control the temperature in the room so it did get quite warm with the heat on. The shower area is exposed to the main room area, which was a little odd. Bed was a little hard pillows were a little flat, but I still slept OK.

The location is very good, close to the town center and to the highway access. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the room spacious and very clean. with lovely view over the mountains. Breakfast is excellent.

The bed could have been a bit more comfortable.

Late evening/night vendors came for the hotel and the staff was very noisy. Were woken from sleep

The layout was strange with the shower in the main room next to the entry door. Also very poor water pressure.

1-Breakfast is cold and nothing good for muslam2-Cribs by money, it should to be by free for 0-2 years and it’s expensive 3-Parking by money, it should to be by free and it’s expensive 4-not kindly people

Easy to reach, super clean, the staff is totally kind and ready to help, there is a lovely pizzeria just few meters from it, in case one does not want to eat at the hotel restaurant. The rooms have all the amenities expected in a 3* Hotel.

The parking area can be full so that you will have to find a parking space outside. It should be guaranteed that those having breakfast very early get the same fresh croissant as the ones coming later. I had the feeling that the croissant served at 06:30 were from the day before, at 7 somebody brought new and filled up the plate. The rest was very good, in general the breakfast is lovely.

A clean, modern and comfortable room. A reasonable breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. A central location.

Room not comfortable. Very hot, no fan , no water, no iron, no cattle, no fridge. Room just to fight with mosquitoes all night
