Stuff only and room inside was clean

I did like hotel as all. Receptions was smelling so bad and hairy every were on the carpet because of a huge maybe sick dog sitting there in side reception and walking around. I did like that all. Gym not that good too as you are going for a sports hotel

I appreciate the fact that they have facilities for both adults and children. However, you must retrieve the items from them. I am referring to the information. I believe that they should effectively market the hotel facilities in a more effective manner.

I was extremely disappointed with the hotel's lack of clarity regarding the availability of cleaning services or whether they were included in the fees. I am currently residing in a four-star hotel that is supposed to provide housekeeping services. However, this is the sole service that is lacking. Additionally, there is no one available to accept luggage. I was taken aback the first day when we inquired about housekeeping. They informed us that we were not provided with any services and that we were responsible for disposing of the trash in the basement. The following day, we inquired about the availability of a cleaning service after observing a woman cleaning other rooms. They denied that they had any services. The third day, they informed us that they did not have any services. Finally, they informed us that they could provide a service for a fee of 25 euros. We would have been able to proceed without delay if you had informed us from the outset that there would be a fee. Instead, we were left to ask for cleaning, trash removal, towels, and even garbage bags. What further exacerbated my frustration was that they did not even inquire if they needed a garbage bag or if we could provide them with a tissue roll for the toilet. There were six of us inside, but they did not seem to care.I will not recommend this hotel to anyone in the future.

Activities are amazing.Fits for kids and adults. It has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful specially Sara. It's close to the town almost 3kg.

The trash pins were separated for recycling andthey are outdoor. Also the cleaning service every four days.

the facilities were just perfect, spa very complete and clean. design related to sport everywhere in the hotel .

We were a group of 16 people on a bicycle tour. The breakfast offered more than we could eat. Dinner was just as good. A great place for anyone that is active and looking for a great place to call home. Spa area was a huge bonus.

Overall infrastructure and facilities were outstanding: pool, sauna, relaxing room, climbing room etc. Everything was brand new, clean and well maintained. The bar, the lounge and the restaurant as well, are renovated and were amazing. The majority of the stuff were speaking english and german. Breakfast was very good. All good.

Unfortunately the hotel is a mix of new and old. While some parts of the restaurant and some rooms are renovated, half of the restaurant and majority of the rooms are still old, furniture is old as well. Entire playground area surrounding the hotel as well is old and not well maintain for a 4 stars hotel. However, the most uncomfortable was the problems with the shower. We have paid 300+ euro per night for the room(not the cheapest and not the most expensive) and 2 out of 5 days we did not have water in the shower for couple of minutes in the evening. I assume that, in the crowdy hours, there is no pressure for the water to reach out 2nd flour where our room was being located. Within a 50 euro per night hotel, you might be expecting such a problem but not within a 300 euro plus. Eventually, the water pressure was coming back after 20-30 min. This was unacceptable. Also, there was a very bad smell in the elevator, due to the carpet. You can of course use the stairs but still, this is not perfect.

Our apartment was at street side, which was quite noisy during day and also still at night, had to sleep most times with windows closed.

The location is amazing, staff were very professional and welcoming plus especially in the restaurant. Our room was a great size, lovely wooden flooring and excellent bathroom set up. The amenities are incredible, our family enjoyed the pool area which is indoors (with a spa bath) but has an outdoor area linked to the pool so you can also swim outside. It’s very well done, we were impressed.

One small thing! I wish there was a kettle in the room as after a long day of travel l simply wanted to make a cup of tea in our room and relax

Excellent facilities. Breakfast very good. Personnel friendly. Public areas are furnished in modern rustic style, very nice. A great hotel for those looking for great facilities, indoor and outdoor, who are willing to cope with the inconveniences below. I would not recommend it to those looking for a good night sleep on a one night stay.

Comfort room was a disappointment in terms of furnishing compared to the rest of the hotel. Mattress and pillows not very comfortable. Shower is tiny. Bathroom looks very bad with big cracks in the wall. I could have asked for another room, and given the friendluness of the personnel I would probably have got it, but did not want to go through the hassle for just one night. This room should not be offered by a four star hotel and was not worth the price. The location of the hotel is not great, between the SS12 and the river, no airconditioning so you do have to open the window when it is warm. The sound of a river can be nice and calming, but after rains it’s very noizy.

This is an absolutely lovely hotel and we were really sorry that we were only staying for one night. We had booked a room with an extra bed (as we can't sleep if we share a bed) and this was not made up when we arrived but we asked at reception and this was sorted immediately. The bed was extremely comfortable (I am generally a very poor sleeper and I slept well) and the shower was excellent. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and this was delicious. The breakfast buffet was also delicious and extensive. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke enough English that we could easily make ourselves understood. Sadly, we didn't have the chance to try out the pool or spa but they looked wonderful and we hope to have the chance to try all the facilities when we visit again.

As with most German hotels we have stayed in, (and this is a very German/Austrian hotel despite being officially in Italy), the pillows very really floppy and unsupportive. We are used to this and so carry our own pillows with us. It was the only thing about the hotel that we had any issue with at all.

Perfect hotel for active people with several options indoors and outdoor

We have been here 2 times and it's excellent especially if you are an active family.
