    Pros +

    • Beautiful location, professional staff and wonderful breakfast.
    • Location downtown was nice. Rooms were comfortable for 4 people with an extra bed. Bathroom was great.
    • The staff that checked us in was very helpful. Breakfest was good. Pleace appeared clean.

    Cons -

    • Only remark is that the room had poor acoustic isolation. I was hearing noises from room beside.
    • Constant smell of smoke from workers that runs through the entire hotel. Breakfast did not live up to expectations from their site. Options were taken away before end of time. Treatment by staff differed from other guests who were taken care of better. Charging for underground parking was a miss.
    • Morning of check out we asked for a check out of 1130 due to tasks we needed to accomplish. Which the morning staff was informed about. I had to please with the manager to extend the checkout from 1030 to 1130. Becareful with this hotel and make sure you understand everything. Plus no AC in the summer makes for a warn night. Beds were ok at best. No thrills of extras. This is a basic Quality Inn level hotel.

    location

We ate dinner at the restaurant. It was bad. For example, the costello e manzo was a big bone with jsut about no meat on it. The term "lasagna" was used in a dish that did not even resemble an Italian lasagna.

Nice breakfast, nice SPA. We are familiar with this hotel and surrounding.

We used to stay here for whole week of Christmas to new year with half board in 2022 and 2023 as it is convenient for us to drive there from Munich. And good prices for skiing in the area. We booked directly with the hotel and always have nice room. This time with booking.com, we got a room in upper floor of different building where ski shoes are stored. There is no elevator. We have to go to main building for spa or for dinner that is less convenient. They should have mentioned it clearly about the building.

The room looks nice and clean, close to cable car, staff friendly.

The food for dinner wasn’t on my taste.

    Clean room

Cleaner vacuuming loudly outside my door at 8:30am each day

The location was good, although the private parking was not for free (it was 10 euros) and very tight with no automatic 'open/close' system. The reception had to push a button to let you in and out which left us waiting for 10 minutes before being able to leave. The hotel is spacious and the rooms are quite big as well.

Apart from the disappointing parking, there was a strong smell of food/cooking in the entire hotel. The hotel bar personnel was not welcoming and overall the room was a bit pricy for the general experience.

The room was very comfortable and big, the shower was amazing! Everyone on the staff was very kind and helpful. The food was very good and in large quantity and the location was simply perfect. We highly recommend it!

    Friendly staff.

We were warned that there was a lot of construction work going on, and there was. We were given a large family room, the bed wasn’t that comfortable but otherwise fine. Quite a few walkers and hikers staying here, a suitable hotel for them.

    8DianaPosted on: 9-21-2024

Very central location, comfortable rooms, onsite parking only 10 euros per night (there are also a very small number of free slots)

The hotel had warned us that there would be building noise (and the room price reflected this) but there was also a lot of noise through the night. Exiting the underground car park is a challenge!

    Great location on main street.

Restaurant was open till 20h only, so hotel have not served food, as we come shortly after 20h even we have announced arrival after 20h. On breakfast they send us to the table most far from buffet, but breakfast was good. Checkin asked for all ID carts/passes even one group was not present yet, they did not want allow access to room sooner as alll was present. Room was not in main building with lift as was stated in description, but in some back building on 2nd floor without lift. Reserved payed undergroung parking was terrible, one reserved place was occupied with other guest, staff did nothing. Other places was narrow and manouvres with car were very problematic, only bad accessible places were free. City asked for 3 EUR city tax for person for nothing - short old town street was practically dead after 20 hour, nothing to do. Only one restaurant was open and cared for us - thank you staff in Nepomuk restaurant. I do not recommend this hotel for short stay, we did not feel as guest there, jusl like somebody annoying them only.

Hotel Lamm's location literally cannot be beat - the old town is right on your doorstep and you're immediately in the thick of it. It is a very quaint accommodation that has its own restaurant attached, with rooms in both the main building and back building. We had a spacious double in the back building, which came with a very comfortable bed, desk, two chairs, a small loveseat, and a large bathroom with amenities. Breakfast was included in the rate, which was most appreciated. Shops, restaurants, bars, and a large square are seconds away by foot, and the train station is about a ten-minute walk away.

A building site was right next door, meaning construction work was being done during the day. It wrapped up by evening so that we could sleep without issue. But work resumed at 7 AM the next day, which unfortunately woke us up. However, the hotel gave us a heads-up beforehand, so our expectations were met well.

This centrally-located yet peaceful hotel is a great base for excursions to the surroundings. Dedicated and professional staff offers South Tyrolean hospitality at its best. No need to leave the hotel to enjoy a good meal! On top of that, a new SPA for customers' enjoyment is under way!

Great location, spacious and well equipped room.

They need to clarify the ‘free’ parking. When i arrived i was informed that all the ‘free’ parking spaces were in use but i could pay for one in the garage. There were only 9 or 10 parking spaces that were free but they had 30 which you needed to pay to use. Reservation IS essential. The construction work going on all around the hotel ☹️ Had i have been made aware of the horrendous and continuous noise (which commenced at 7:00am) i would have booked an alternative hotel. I realise they have no control over the construction work but having to try and work in the room with that noise was not pleasant. This work had been underway for some considerable time and they were therefore well aware of this issue.
