Hotel employee at the front desk was VERY GOOD! Loved the room we got. Going back in April of 2020 and will stay there again.

Cons -

It would be nice if the hotel had a bar/gathering place for guests to enjoy since it is a beautiful building. As it is, guests only have their room to hang out in (other than during breakfast).
The only slight inconvenience was that it didn't have 110 electrical outlets for our computer and phone chargers. Was able to borrow a converter from my son in law (US ARMY CAPTAIN BASED IN GARMISCH) so we worked around it.
