Breakfast is amazing. Staff is friendly. Onsite bar and restaurant are a plus.

The spa was temporarily closed but that was no big deal.

Breakfast was nice. We liked our room very much. Some rooms in the back of the hotel have balconies overlooking Zugspitz. Make sure you get one. The steam room and sauna are also very nice after a day of hiking the gorge. Short walk to the Zugspitz train and to the Ludwigstrasse. The staff is wonderful and the location perfect.

If there was anything I would improve it would be the tile floor areas. The tile and grout are old and need etching to look sparkling again. Not a complaint, just a suggestion.

Great location, very comfortable and clean rooms, and excellent food at the restaurant.

Some of the front desk staff were not very helpful.

The frontdesk is very nice and very helpful to tell us about the area, specifically how to get to Zugspitze. Also enjoyed the in-house brewed beer

My room was on the street side and it was warm outside so we had to leave the windows open. It was quite loud late in the evening , but that can be expected on a weekend night/early morning

Very good location (walking distance from the train station and downtown); Great room (big, clean, well equipped) - beautiful mountain view included; Nice staff (they took into consideration our request to have a quiet room and we received the lovely room 310). On-site restaurant & bar serving good food & drinks.

More variety for breakfast would be great. Also, window nets (against insects) and a mini bar in the room would be a very nice extra to have (especially during summer).

Great central location, incredibly spacious family room, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast, very helpful staff, lovely balcony views of the mountains, convenient parking, and walkable to everything downtown - it was all wonderful.

Surprised that they did not provide shampoo / body wash given all the other lovely amenities.

The room was exceptionally nice — comfortable bed, amazing shower, and a soothing view from the balcony, especially on a rainy day. We had a short stay to visit Eibsee and Zugspitze, and the hotel's location was convenient for public transportation and close to some great restaurants. The reception staff were also super helpful and welcoming.
