We loved the rooms, the location, the views, the schwimmbad, and the breakfast.

We didn’t have any towels for our second night.

Location was exceptional for skiing and walking through shops. Had a ranch but modern feel. Big modern walk in shower. Good breakfast.

Our stay was perfeito! The hotel is clean, comfortable with great staff. Close to the station to catch the cogwheel train. I will definitely come back one day.

Better then expected if thats even possible. Fantastic breakfast. So many options and make to order eggs. The best on my whole trip so far. Great staff. Hopefully I'll be back soon!

NothingBut why are the napkins for breakfast so very starched? You could use them to scrape the ice of your car in the morning too.

Everything was great. Highly recommend it. Near restaurants and the market. Near the ski school and the only ski resort that was open a the time of our stay was less than 20 min away by car.

Nothing. There is nothing for us to dislike. We didin't face anything that we didn't like.

Close walking distance to shops and restaurants. Friendly atmosphere. Great breakfast. Sauna and spa area was great. Views from the hotel were stunning. We went for the Christmas Winter park event. It was small but nice. The sausages on a bun just down the street from the hotel were awesome.

Breakfast was awesome. Location was very good. Upscale and clean. Nice mid-day snack available.

Parking was a bit tight and called ahead of time for a spot, but it wasn't ready. They found a way to get us in however. And to be fair, I had a van that was a bit large.

2nd time in this hotel - stillthe highest standards - helpful Staff, amazing mountain view from balcony, very good sauna and good swimingpool, good restaurant (good price option for hotel guests), "Jura" coffee machine in the room.

Breakfast was a great way to start our days! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Beds very comfy. Would love to come back for a longer stay!

Very clean and quiet hotel. The staff is very kind and tries to help with any questions. Very good and quiet restaurant. Amazing and clean pool and sauna complex. Large and spacious underground parking.

Staff were kind and helpful. Changed our room when original room smelled smoky. Great breakfast. Comfortable bed. Lovely decor in common spaces. Good bathroom and shower.

Our stay was wonderful. The staff were efficient, professional, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. The room was spotless and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the location couldn’t be better. Every detail was well handled — we’ll definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Charming hotel in the heart of old town. Easy walk to great restaurants. Free parking on the street out front is easy (shoulder season). Will go back again.

Perfect location, quiet but close to main plazas, everything is walking distance.Great breakfast and staff is phenomenal!
