Checkout time.

Slippers were too small for me. Blanket could be wider(per request). Not enough tea bags. Bathroom things like cotton swabs/q-tips werent replaced upon our arrival. There were no nuts upon arrival, but they were provided on the second day.

Breakfast was most filling with a multitude of good fruits, vegetables, cereals and juices.

I did not like being charged for a latte in the afternoon which on a very cold day could have been complimentary. It cheapened the experience.

I enjoyed the sauna, the location, the breakfast, the bed was comfortable.

There was a heavy smell of smoke in the hallways. The shower made a big mess on the floor regardless of if i used the over head or hand held option. The pillows were very flat.

Good location and staff very helpful

There are 2 small flights of stairs between front desk and rooms. If you are with larger bags this is a something to keep in mind. Body gel in the shower was not filled up before we got to the room. These were only minor inconveniences and should taken as such.

Location was central to shopping and 15 minute walk to train station

Property charged extra 12 euros for local taxes when we checked out. Restaurant closed on Monday

Well-situated at the base of The German Alps and in a charming village, this hotel has it ALL! Views! Gorgeous Rooms! A Pool! Sumptuous Breakfast! Social Bar! Parking (sized to fit a van!) The amenities here are numerous including stocked beverages in room and sweet treats. The staff is EXCELLENT and extremely kind and helpful from the gentleman at the front desk to the lovely women in the dining areas. We did NOT want to leave and would ABSOLUTELY stay again. Also - best shower out of a 10-day trip to some other great properties.

The support from the staff was exceptional, they were very helpful specially Noah, she was amazing to guide us regarding touristic places. Will go back again for sure.

Great location closer to the old town, complimentary spa was added benefit , very good cleanliness, closed parking option was very good as I drove my car. Other important factors - amazing fresh breakfast and excellent customer service. I rate 5/5, and would definitely stay again.

Location is close to the town, only a 5min walk. Room was clean and tidy, cleaned daily. The balcony had great views, breakfast was high quality and plentiful. Secure parking, staff were very friendly and approachable.

Organisation of breakfast buffet, there isnt a lot of space for so many people. Some inconsiderate guests (cyclist group) making a lot of noise at 2-3-4AM over 3 nights (which was resolved by the hotel staff). Shower is on the smaller side

The location is amazing, either walking distance from where you would like to go or easily reachable by public transportation.The staff was extremely kind and helpful, they provided really valuable advice how we can get the most of our time!The breakfast was wonderful, plenty of options for every taste, local options and everything was super delicious!The restaurant was very good (although a bit slow) as well!

Having the option for an underground parking was very convenient but it would be good to be part of the final price of the accomodation but not separately paid. The sofa was a bit noisy to sleep on.

The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The staff at breakfast were also very helpful. We really liked the gentleman at the reception desk named Kareem. He went out of his way to find restaurants for us and make reservations. Even offered us an umbrella in the rain.

The size of the room is a bit small. That was the only disappointing factor. The bathroom nice was really nice.

The room was amazing with a great mountain view. The free minibar was a nice touch. Shower and other amenities felt very modern. Service was courteous and professional. Hard to find anything to complain about!

The location is excellent, the staff is welcoming, and the restaurant is amazing. Who could ask for anything more?
