Very welcoming staff! Extremely comfortable accommodations. Nice size room and bathroom. Extremely comfortable bed! Convenient location, short walk to train station and historic city center.

As the hotel is an older style one, the rooms are very generous in size. I had a standard double and it was spacious, simply furnished and a most comfortable bed.

Nothing bothered me about this hotel

I loved the ambience of the room. It was stylish and clean. I would say it was worth the price. The staff were also very helpful.

It didn't include a breakfast. I felt like at that price, breakfast should be included.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, but now I had an even more pleasant surprise. The room was recently renovated, to a very modern and chic standard, extremely spacious, as was the bathroom. Everything was impeccably clean. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the train station, bus station and the center and the stay was a pleasure.

The room was large and comfortable with a large bathroom. We appreciated the small fridge. Beds were very comfortable. AC worked great. The location close to the train station was very helpful.

We stayed here two nonconsecutive nights on the way to and from the Dolomites. It was a great location, just a few hundred meters from the train station, and close to the rental car agency we used. There were great restaurants nearby. Parking for the rental car and luggage storage so we could take a later train to Florence and Rome. The air conditioning worked well and the refrigerator in the room was an added bonus.

Fairly basic for the price. Most staff on reception were great but there was one who was unhelpful and surly.

Excellent staff! people at the reception were very kind and helpful. I arrived on a rainy evening and they anticipated my needs. This is how a 4-star hotel should be.

Location was great. Breakfast was simple but nothing special. The juices tasted a bit chemical. Very little selection for those who are used to "North-European" breakfast. Very nice and supportive staff.

For the hotel with 4 stars already a bit "tired" look. Everything was clean, just old-fashioned. Bathroom in the shower had traces of mold.

I have stayed here before. The staff are lovely and welcoming and give very good customer service. The room was clean and comfortable. This hotel is located not far from the town’s train station and about 5 minutes’ walk into town. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and has character and charm. There is a good offering for breakfast.

The hotel, like any other, has a need for refurbishment and some small improvements in regard to decor. This is due to the age of the property, and therefore normal. I would hope that this would be done with sympathy to the original building.

Location close to the castle, staff were very nice, they looked after our luggage while we went adventuring

Poor value; 20% more than all other hotels we stayed in Italian historic centres. The shower was poorly designed and soaked everywhere in the toilette. Nothing special about the room despite the premium price. Breakfast was a poor comparison to the hotels we stayed in, nothing hot served, poor selection of fruit that was not sliced for you, yogurt in a plastic cup, and the coffee came out of a bad machine. The tone of the place was cutting corners at our expense.

Friendly staff, good value for money. Single room very spacious and clean. Breakfast was also ok.

Breakfast was a little heavy on pastry, but that is Italy, some other things were available, so consideringprice 11 Euro, fine.

They had a very nice bathroom, But the shower room had nothing to hold on to, it was all tileand from the shower area out to the outside area there was a 5 feet or more path all tiled and nothing to hold onto so big danger of slipping. The work tables could have benefitted from adjustable height chairs.

The location is really great and close to the centre of Trento, all attractions are within 10-15 min walk. There are plenty of parking spaces close to the hotel. The room was very spacious and clean, as well as the bathroom. The breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly.

Although the bed was big it wasn't really comfortable. It's a nice property, but for a 4 star hotel it would need some updates (better beds, better soundproofing of rooms...). Still not a bad experience.
