There was excellent parking and the staff were very accommodating

The bathroom shower had really dirty grout and it was still a 25+ walk to the downtown area

The location was perfect for us since we had a car and needed easy access and parking. We had views from our spacious shared balcony. Breakfast was plentiful and well serviced. Reception was warm and friendly. I appreciated the easy access of stairs. I would stay here again.

The location is not so great if you are traveling without a car. There is a bus station right outside the hotel and the bus leaves to and from town every one hour and the last bus coming back from town is at 8:30 PM

Misunderstanding about the WiFi (apparently they missed to explain about a special code so it was terrible).

The man on reception was really friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfy and a really nice breakfast.

Great location and close to highway when driving north or south. Great pleasant and friendly manager on duty. Breakfast included and pretty good

The breakfast was exepcional. Location was also good, because we were just passing by a Trento.

The shower was a little bit stinky, maybe a clogged pipe, but nothing terrible.

We stayed in Trento for one night during a longer journey, and from this perspective, the hotel was very good: close to the highway, free parking, and a classic good hotel breakfast.

Convenient for access to high way. The hotel has relatively big parking lot. Provide breakfast for free.

Unfortunately, local road has been closed for construction which made quite tough for access highway.

There were plenty of problems during our stay there. The fire alarm was activated after midnight because one of our neighbors took a shower, and the fire alarm was activated with vapor. Of course, we couldn't sleep with that high and continuous alarm for some hours. The breakfast service was good when you arrived early in the morning! One hour before the timeline, we didn't find too many things to eat, and when we asked them about it, they told us (not too friendly) that it was finished.

The room itself wasn't very big but included an armchair, desk, mini fridge, big wardrobe; the bathroom was spacious and we had big balcony with a sitting area (shared with the next room).Parking was no issue.Breakfast buffet had enough variety for few days and plenty to choose from.Hotel staff was very kind and helpful.Located not far from the centre, connected to the local motorway.

Very little connections to public transport but it's not the hotel's fault.

We found a small bloodstain on the sheet that was not from us, but it was too late to ask for changing the sheet or the room, since the staff had left already. I especially didn't like the excuses at the reception the day after, when I explained the problem (I didn't ask for any reimbursement or discount) since they declined any responsibility... Only after a few minutes they said sorry for the inconvenience. .
