    Pros +

    • The location, staff, room
    • We chose the room with jacuzzi, which was incredibly nice. Very comfortable and relaxing experience, also private. The staff, breakfast, spa with interesting activities was very memorable.
    • Nice surprise, hot tub on balcony with a view. 10 minutes walk to old town , 10 minutes to station,a great hotel in a great little town highly recommend

    Cons -

    • Breakfast , there was no a lot of option
    • In my honest opinion, the spa could be accessible also on the day of checkout as in another properties, but despite this, everything was good.
    • Room was quite small and with no view at all.

Good location to the Centre of town. Parking on the premises was good but need to pay extra for parking not included I. The room rate.

Room was quite small and with no view at all.

Close to town.Good saunas. Friendly receptionists. They have rooms to lock your bike upQuite a decent pizza restaurant attached to the hotelNot a bad breakfast!

Could not get any sleep. The keypad to open the room doors make a very loud beeping noise. Same as the doors. so people coming and going at midnight 2 AM 4 AM make it very loud because the walls of the rooms are very thin. I was woken up randomly every night for three nights that I stayed there. The hotel should at least disable the loud beeping noise on those systems. The desk chairs they put in the rooms do not have any pads on the feet so they make a very loud noise when moving around, so it’s super loud when you hear people upstairs moving their desk chair. The hotel could just buy chair leg pads that cost probably one dollar and fix the problem overnight. The staff at the spot do not ask people what their room number is so anyone could take the elevator down to the spa and use it for free. This doesn’t make it feel quite fair for people who paid.Extremely small rooms if you get the cheapest room available . The room size is not listed on booking.com. If you get the cheapest room.Unbelievably annoying very loud spa music is playing everywhere in the lounge in the dining area in the spa outside the spa. It’s really annoying cover songs that are on a loop all day. Some spa services like the hot tub are not even hot .Good morning breakfast service staff members if they are having nothing to do walk back-and-forth in the way of people trying to get food for breakfast. They place the handle of the tongs to pick up different things like cheese and meat right on top of the food, which is not sanitary.

    Apt . Location great

Hot. Advertises Air conditioned but it’s not. Hot inside when we arrived and even had staff come and explain. There is a system that cooks the floors, which does nothing, and portable noisy fan. That’s it. Fortunately the temperatures dropped and it was comfortable with the windows open with ear plugs. Noisy outside especially Friday night. Fall, winter, would recommend, but they need to supplement with unit that actually blows air.

Location was great! Simple walk. Parking (included!) On site and under ground- which was great for us because there was a small hail storm while we were there. Pool is indoor and there is one indoor hot tub and 2 outdoors. The outdoor lounge area was very crowded when we were there, but after swimming, we went up to our room which had a jacuzzi of it's own and got to enjoy that and our terrace privately. We did not partake in the breakfast as we preferred exploring the town and the cafes. Staff were excellent. Bed was comfortable. Two pillows per person were provided. Bathroom smaller but perfectly adequate. I would stay there again!

To borrow an umbrella was 2 euros. Such a small critique.

The rooms were very clean and very quiet. The breakfast was excellent. There was something for everyone.

Good location. Parking and EV charging available

Extra charge to access pool . We picked hotel because it had a pool so we were disappointed that there was a daily charge because it was part of the wellness centre

The location of the hotel was very convenient, but the overall guest experience could be improved. Upon arrival, the reception staff simply handed me my room key without offering any additional information. I had to specifically ask for a city map and inquire about the local city card—which turned out to be a great benefit.I arrived on a Sunday when many places were closed, and unfortunately, some of the information I received from reception was inaccurate, leading me to locations that were not open.Be aware that access to almost all facilities—including lounge areas—falls under the spa category and incurs an extra fee. This wasn’t made clear in advance and was disappointing, especially compared to what I’ve experienced at other hotels.

Update to my review 31 May 2025:After posting my initial review and sharing photographic evidence of the issues I encountered, the hotel finally responded. Prior to this, I had submitted feedback through multiple channels, including their official guest relations portal and post-stay survey, but received no acknowledgment until my negative review was visible publicly, nearly two weeks after my stay.In their response, the hotel asked me to "consider removing [my] review, also in light of the high average score our guests give us.” While I appreciate that they eventually replied and shared that some of my concerns have been passed on to relevant departments, I find it disappointing that attention was only given once public feedback was involved. My experience and concerns remain valid, and I believe reviews should reflect genuine guest experiences — both positive and negative — to help future travellers make informed decisions.++++++++++++I raised the following concerns directly with the hotel during my stay. While a few issues were eventually addressed, I’ve been waiting over a week to hear back from their Customer Service and Management teams despite follow-up emails and survey responses.Blackout curtain: Was off the hooks upon arrival and only fixed the following day.Toilet bowl: Severely stained and marked—something I’ve never encountered in any hotel before.Cleanliness: Not up to standard. I found hair and grime in the shower from a previous guest, the main room floors were dusty and dirty, and the sink drained extremely slowly.Insects: Small bugs were spotted on the floor.Shower drain: Initially loose and a hazard—was fixed the next day.Room condition: Visible damage to walls and furniture, including scratches and chipped surfaces, which should be addressed and are not what you expect in a hotel room.I’m disappointed with the lack of follow-up and overall maintenance of the room. I expected better.

    Not much

    Room size. Dark. Too trendy

The room is spacious, modern and clean. The gym is excellent. Parking is very convenient and at a reasonable price.

The receptionist could have been more friendly. The spa costs extra and the hot tub is quite small.

Very good location, modern and clean rooms. Nice breakfast We received a free room upgrade which was really nice from the hotel! Thee 5th floor rooms have a wonderful view of the old city and a hot tub on the balcony!

    Pleasant

I didn't get what I booked and paid.I made a choice for a room of 25 square meter with a big bed and a sofa bed and I got a room of 20 square meter without a sofa bed. I just got two separate beds at the end.So I guess that it has been really unfair. If needed, I have a video an pictures available

Responsible staff, wonderful breakfast, proximity to the center, super clean room, balcony with a fantastic view

    nothing at all

    3KathleenPosted on: 3-5-2025

Check in was easy, breakfast was ok, and I mean ok, certainly not good or great as rated by others. No fresh coffee machine which was most disappointing.

Unable to leave luggage in hotel upon checkout as we had several hours to kill until we caught our train to Rome. This was the first occasion where we were informed that leaving luggage in storage was not possible. Would not have stayed here had we known this in advance. Fair enough the foyer was being repainted from the previous tackiness from Valentine's Day, however we are paying guests, and such things need to be factored in.Wellness Spa was extremely overpriced. We spent a week in Madonna di Campiglio where wellness spa cost us 35 Euros each for the entire week, clearly something does not add up here. Wellness Spa seemed to be the big sell.QR codes are very impersonal, too cold & clinical, have the day for human interaction gone by the way of the Dodo? There was a rather disgusting odour in our room, and we had to open the balcony doorCodes on doors were noisy as we could hear other occupants entering their codes to gain access to their rooms. All in all, hotel had a sterile, businesslike, uninviting vibe. Good to be located near old town of Trento. Word to the wise go Airbnb next time!

It was only a one night stay and we got in late. The hotel is quite beautiful. The night staff was very welcoming and allowed us a late check out because of the late check in. The bed was very comfortable and welcome after a very long flight. Breakfast was great and ample. We used the gym but time didn’t allow us to take advantage of the other facilities available. I would return to this hotel in Trento.

Great location for both the train station and city centre. Very nice breakfast and the best hotel gym facilities I have used.

The rooms are not very well insulated against sound travelling, probably why there are notices asking people to “Ssh” on the corridor walls.
