Very spacious room. Good breakfast. Free parking available. The guy at the reception is absolutely friendly and kind, he gave us many recommendations

I stayed several times at this hotel recently. I do much appreciate the friendliness of all staff members. I always felt very welcome. Great location close to the city center as well as to the brenner highway. Free parking and great breakfast every morning.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The restaurant was a major disappointment. I ordered spaghetti aglio olio which is almost impossible to mess up and yet - they did. It was dismal. The uniforms of the waiters were grubby.

The hotel needs renovation, it is located quite far away from the city center, which could be inconvenient for travelers without cars My room also was located just above the kitchen, so it was a little bit noisy and it had the smell of food

Hotel is in a rather remote location, so it is very quiet, very peaceful. Helpful staff.

Be aware: there's nothing around the hotel, and nothing to do at the hotel. So, this is a good place to sleep, but not a good place if you're into "enjoying the hotel".

A wonderful place to stay. The hotel was easy to find and is in an extremely quiet neighborhood. I was able to sleep at night with the window open and no ear plugs. The receptionist was very helpful and spoke wonderful English. There is an elevator to get to the upper floor and the room is quite comfortable. The in-house restaurant was very nice for dinner with great food and reasonable prices with a great waitstaff. Breakfast in the morning was delicious with a nice variety and made to order coffee Parking was great and the WiFi was fast and reliable.

Very near to Trento. Via cycle 10 10 mins. Very good lunch and dinner. Very friendly and helpful staff.

It's a hotel probably of the 80s with some upgrades here and there, and that's the feeling you get.

the hotel is in a beautiful part of the city under the mountains. it is clean, comfortably furnished and quiet. the hotel and restaurant staff are exceptionally helpful and polite. a perfect place to rest during a long journey.

Ok its a bit out of town but there is a bus (no. 6 bus) that goes from right outside the train station to within a few hundred metres of the hotel, so relatively easy to get to. Its a 7 minute ride and quite a pretty one too. Its a fine hotel once you get there and good value compared to the ones in town.

Shower enclosure was small, and not sure the green tiles and bedspreads go with the all pink doors, but as stated for the price we paid its the best value in town so I can live with that.Breakfast was pretty basic, no hot options available just mainly bread and pastries.

Convenient location by the Autostrada and next to Trento for a quick stop for the night

Very poor breakfast, central heating for the building with no option to control it by your room. It was cold and the hotelier could not provide me with any heating devices, nor could he turn on the heating in my room as it is central and disabled at that moment.

Hotel provides guests with Trento Guest Card, which gives free public transport usage and discounts in museums. Hotel is at the edge of town, but there is a bus station in 2-3 minutes of walking. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
