Cozy warm room with everything you need. Check in and out were smooth. Friendly staff.

For the money I paid, I would expect a better breakfast selection such as some warm pancakes and fresh bread.

Breakfast is amazing! Very complete with healthy options and variety. Staff was friendly and the garage was easy to park. Clean and cozy rooms.

The hairdryer is a bit old, if you have long hair is better to bring your own portable hairdryer. Room is a bit small for two people, but manageable for short stays.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast, and good location for wandering Trento. Was also a very quiet room (when windows are closed).

Bathroom could use an update

This hotel was an unexpected surprise. Modern, Clean, Centrally located, and near restaurants. The river isn't far and it has a nice walking pathway. A good Standard European breakfast was available. The A/C was a bonus to have.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good . The hotel and room were sparkly clean. The hotel is in walking distance from the station.

Breakfast was great. Air conditioning powerful. Bathroom and shower were spacious and clean and functioned perfectly. The room was comfortable.

I wish I could have gotten the Trento Card through them.

There is allocated space in the garage for bicycle which only accessible with access card. The breakfast is decent standard italian breakfast. They also offered cold cuts, cheese and egg in addition all the sweet breakfast.

I had really late check-in in another hotel (24/7 reception). Everything was fine and quick. Enough parking places. Nice, comfortable and well equiped room. And great breakfast - perfect fresh croissants, some other pastries, yougurt, fruit, ham, cheese, eggs, coffee, juice,...And also very nice amd friendly people.

Check-in after 1 or 2 pm have to be done in different hotel, but its not an issue.

The reception staff is very polite and professional. The room is clean, and the breakfast buffet has a lot of options it's not far from the train station, though you are not near the city centre, but Trento is not a big town.

Extremely hot room.. There is no reception after 13.00, so you need to go to another hotel to actually check in (5 min walks)..

Nice location with an excellent cost/benefit. The room is nicely set, and has a very decent breakfast. Having a parking lot is very convenient, considering that parking in Trento is not the easiest exercise. If you are fine walking, the city centre is a handful of blocks away from the hotel and you can also enjoy the life in the city.

The room had only a skylight in the ceiling- and not the promised balcony/mountain view/city view. And the entrance via the underground car park is a no-go – not only for women.

The personal was extremely kind, and offered great options for breakfast according to your needs. The rooms were rather small, but compliant for what you pay.

The hotel has no agreement with the free transportation card around the city, which also gives you discounts for museums, etc. (The card is available for free in most hotels in Trento)
