    • Breakfast was very nice. The room was a good size.
    • Nice clean hotel with great rooms.
    • Staff were helpful and hotel was really nice and clean.

    Cons -

    • Room was not very sound proof. Could hear the bathrooms from every room around mine and anyone in the hall. Noise was the only major dislike.
    • Not the hotel fault, but night construction made the night stay a nightmare
    • Location was a bit far.

    Comfy beds

Horrible parking, got stuck in the garage and coming back up the ramp. Someone had to help me get out.

    Great location and great breakfast

The bathroom was very outdated. The fridge did not work together with some electric outlets.

    4yahyaPosted on: 6-1-2025

    The bathroom only

It is too noisy and a bit messy. We complained about the noises. The structure of the building is also noisy as you can have sone noises from the bathroom flush.

The room was clean and cozy, but it was too hot. Also, the hotel is extremely well located. There are many parking spaces around the hotel, for example at the street you can park for 0.50 EUR/hour, and during the night is free. The hotel also offers parking but it is very limited in spaces. Breakfast was amazing!! Best breakfast I had in any Italian hotel so far. The hotel is very well located, you can reach the city center walking only for a few minutes, and you can avoid the Limited Traffic Zone from the city center.

The room was too hot, the air conditioner did not work. We could open a window but then it was too cold. Room temperature could be improved. You can see that the carpet in the hallways is extremely dirty. I requested the parking for my car via Booking.com, but they didnt respect it - the staff told me that "they never ready the bookings for parking made in Booking.com", so you have to call in advance. I even got the acceptance via booking, but they didn't respect it anyway.

    Cleanliness of the hotel.

The evening front desk manager lied about the air-conditioning in the rooms. There is AC, but they have to activate it for you from the desk.

I also stayed here last year, and they renovated quite a bit. All the hotel rooms are nicer now overall, and the curtains outside are all electric, and controlled by buttons. The bathroom even had a foam dispenser, which was a nice touch. Also, the bath area was properly sealed with full doors to stop water from going everywhere (it's a small thing, but I've been in many hotels that get this completely wrong).

The light switch to the bathroom was a little bit broken: sometimes it'd flicker the lights or just turn them off. We informed reception, and they very quickly moved us to another room, which was really nice. And if I had to be really nitpicky, the bathroom fan is really loud; and in our new room, the electricity would sometimes shut off when turning off the bathroom lights (it triggered ground fault protection, thankfully the breaker is right next to the door and nicely exposed with an on-and-off switch, so it was very easy to turn it back on).

Great stop over hotel on our way to Kronplatz. Good quality, clean, very nice breakfast. No issues or complaints.

Friendly atmosphere, good location for us.

Great breakfast and very good lunches and dinners at the restaurant pizzeria inside the hotel; the restaurant is a little bit expensive, but with a very good range of dishes, and the staff is available to adapt dishes according to your preferences, very flexible and kind staff; rooms very nice, clean and comfortable; close to bus stop, to train station, and to many amenities offered by the very nice city of Trento

Sometimes the room was not very warm, a little bit warmer could have been helped, as well as some areas of the hotel, such as corridors, where you could feel the difference of temperature; the duvet of the room, in the bed, was too hot, sometimes created problems to sleep, maybe a less hot duvet could have helped, and maybe have one more in case of cold could have been beneficial (2 less hot duvets)

The hotel itself is very nice. It is clean and has a lovely dining area. Breakfast is ample and varied. The room was adequate and comfortable.

The night and breakfast staff need a lesson in customer service. Our check in was not welcoming at all even though their message said they were looking forward to welcoming us. The woman at the night desk was very unfriendly. It’s not what you want or need when you arrive tired and late at night. It made me feel very uncomfortable and I probably would hesitate to return to this hotel because of this. However, the day staff was much nicer. We also had an odd incident with a stranger knocking at our window.

Great value for money. Nice restaurant on site and plenty of other options nearby

Was undergoing some renovation work but not really fair to complain about that, didn't disturb my stay at all.

    Staff and cleanliness

The temperature of the water in the shower changes very frequently. Sometimes it gets extremely hot and then sometime very cold. The shower gel was also diluted

I would say the price-quality ratio is beyond good. Very friendly and helpful staff, rich breakfast, clean rooms, and safe parking. I highly recommend it.

    7ZahraPosted on: 1-28-2025

The location was very great and was easy to find parking, the mat of the bed was really comfortable.

The room wasn’t warm enough, the front staffs were not friendly.

Stayed in this structure only for few hours, excellent late night check-in.opportunity to leave the car in the public parking adjacent to the hotel.Free wi-fi

Room is quite compact, and pillow were a bit too hard.

    8LauraPosted on: 1-9-2025

Perfect location if coming by car: close to the highway and parking is easy, thanks to affordable street parking in the area. City centre is just 15 minute away on foot. The room was clean and beds were comfortable.

The room was small and equipment very basic. Fine for a short stay. For Italians: there is no bidet.

    8LapoPosted on: 12-31-2024

Nice rroom. Clean. Great breakfast with a lot of variety ( except the coffee from the automatic machines that it was not up to the standard of Italy ).no problem in bringing a big dog. 15 min easy walk from the centre. Parking outaide on the street..

Staff at the desk quite cold. Staff of the restaurant and the breakfast nice. The bathroom in our room had no bidet and no tent or glass between the toilet and the shower that were attached to each other. And the glass on the other aide did not close well. It was impossible
