Very clean. Good location.

Poor Breakfast.

I like everything! Just is too fareway from downtown!!

Air conditioner didn't get very cool. Fridge didn't either

The venue was mostly well maintained, staff were outstanding, from the receptionist to the cleaners all very welcoming, snack machine was a good touch given the location of the hotel. The rooms were spacious and the smart tv in each room a great touch.

Housekeeping one or twice used pillowcases were marks/stains, not much a issue for us just didn't use the pillow but maybe worth keeping an eye one. The shower hose had a leak so the water pressure not very good but still useable. Last point nothing to do with the hotel but the location was far from trento city centre with the bus outside coming once an hour and ending before 8pm

must improve the late checkin or have someone all night long!!

The Automatic late checkin was terrible - this is the only reason for the low score. when you arrive at 2 am and have to spend almost 30 minutes to checkin to the room it is frustrating!

There is missing possibility to close elevator door by pressing single button. You have to wait huge time for automatic closing. I have never ever experience the same problem - all elevator I used in my life had this specific button for manual closing the door.

Good parking, good breakfast and clean. Comfortable bed too.

Lift abit slow and there was no tea facility in room.

Great hotel, good facilities, lovely room, easy parking and easy access from the motorway - for that reason, we will return.

Trento itself is lovely and definitely worth a visit - wish the hotel was nearer - about a 15 min drive.You really need to get into Trento itself for a decent meal, hotel a bit isolated on an industrial site.

It would have been nice, except for the extremely noisy room.

The room was terribly noisy. We could hear every single step and all kind of noises from the room next to us (it seems that some people just visit hotels to reorganize it at 2 AM).

Clean, good size rooms, Plenty of parking. Good breakfast, Helpful staff, Comfortable bed. Plenty of snacks, drinks available, including microwavable dinners.

Out of the way location, not much to do, or see in walking distance. There is a nearby restaurant, Alpen Grill a 5 minute walk away, but nothing else without driving. Way outside of Trento town centre.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The staff were incredibly friendly and gave us a free upgrade.

It was a good sized room and the fridge was appreciated. The beds were ok and the accessible bathroom was small but satisfactory. WiFi was good.

The TV was lovely and big but it was frustrating that we couldn't find a way to change inputs to allow us to use our Apple TV. Also there were extra charges to use the smart features of the TV.

The self check in was a nightmare. Needs simplifying. Too much fussing scanning passports and inputting a lot of data - at 0200 I just wanted to go to sleep. Then the machine tried to charge me despite the fact I paid upfront. Had to call assistance

Nice hotel outside Trento in industrial zone. Room large and comfortable. Parking in front of the building.

Nothing around, just stay overnight.

Comfortable accommodation, with standard equipment and amenities. Location was close to highway, with good car connection to city center.

Breakfast could have had more fruits and vegetables available. But we enjoyed it anyway.

Extremely easy to reach, very clean. Space room and free parking
