Hotel Venezia

The hotel is in the central city square, very close to all the good places. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are fine. The staff is pleasant and the breakfast was very good.

Our room was on the 4th floor of the hotel without the elevator, but the staff contacted us after reserving the room and warned us, so it is not much of a problem, just a reminder.

Excellent breakfast, perfect room and hotel staff, but Trento center near the Duomo is a bit noisy.

Location, size of room and bathroom, and morning breakfasts were phenomenal. All staff were super friendly and helpful.Site says its a 2star, it is so much better than normal 2stars

Inner courtyard view was, a meh, but we didn't come here to stare out a balcony window.

The staff were super helpful. I arrived way past check-in time and they waited for me. Breakfast was also nice, although it was mostly snacky-sweet options. I also liked the location of the hotel. It's right in the center. Thus, everywhere else was easily accessible.

The room had this old-fashioned ambience. But I suppose the entire city had it too. But I expected something slicker, considering the price.

The location was spectacular, right off the Piazza di Duomo and in front of the fountain. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The room was spotlessly clean, the staff friendly and informative, and the included breakfast was fabulous! A wonderful bonus was the Trentino Guest Cards, which provided free public transport, and free or reduced-price admission to museums.

The only dischord for us was the evening noisy chatter of people in the piazza--to be expected with the central location. With the window closed it was perfectly quiet, but we like the window open for fresh air, which let the sound from the piazza in as well.

Modern spacious room(s) and an excellent location for walking, dining, train, etc. Lovely breakfast with many choices and light filled dining area.

We've stayed in Hotel Venezia in 2024 and 2025 while in Trento. To us it's been very welcoming, with helpful, friendly staff and comfortable facilities. Fantastic position in old town at Piazza Duomo, but still walkable from train station. Lovely breakfast room with excellent, generous breakfast, plenty of choice, real coffee. Let us leave luggage after checkout, very helpful in other ways. Be aware that you'll hear the life of the Central piazza from some rooms, which we loved but maybe not everyone would.

Excellent location right in the plaza duomo. We stayed in the family room and it was spacious and clean. Staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. Will definitely come back!

They are having remodeling works so had to use the side entrance and the view is not great. But this is a matter if time.

Noise from stairwell

The breakfast was good as it included fruits, vegetables, bread, cheese...not just cakes and sweet pies.

I took about 5 minutes to get warm water from the shower.

The room was big, nice and clean. The staff was also very nice, they contacted me prior to me arriving to the hotel finding out what time I would arrive and also left instructions for me on how to get room keys. The staff was lovely

Didn’t really enjoy the breakfast as there was a lot of sweet food such as cakes not much of regular breakfast such as scrambled eggs, sausages.

The unused corner lobby entrance was a bit offputting.
