The service was perfect. The rooms was big, clean, quiet and comfy. The spa is nice and the breakfast too.

The only things was missing shampoo and soap in the room.

Wonderful location. Beautiful room with AC. Relaxing stylish lounge with books and comfortable wing chairs. Restaurant was excellent with very professional staff.

It is a bit older hotel, but it is clean and excellent for a stop towards other place in Italy.

Breakfast was good but maybe a bit under expectations for a hotel 4 stars.Staff was not the whole time in the reception and we tried to call them to order a drink but it was not possible.

This hotel is in need of an update when it comes to management. It has clearly been run in a too complacent manner for some time. Staff seems to have been reduced to a minimum. Restaurant could do with some overhaul as well. More inspiration in the choice of menu items would do no harm either.

What a “4 stars” hotel ! Barely 2 stars. Night temp. 0 but no heating ! Breakfast and dinner -the most possible basic ( paid full for dinner but they run out of desserts !) put at least a good blanket ! None.

It had very good handicap access. The room was clean and spacious. The only thing it only had one chair and there were two of us. Everything was stored high up, out of reach for shorter people. But the staff was very helpful

Everything was stored very high only 6 feet tall people could reach it easily. We asked for help and the service was great

Location was very nice, near to the hills and forest. Fresh air. Staff were very friendly. The rooms were nicely decorated and very clean—room interior still seemed quite new. All fixtures in working order. The four-course fixed-price dinner at the hotel restaurant was also very good.

Incredible view, great welcoming staff (especially at the restaurant), very comfortable bed.

The only thing we noticed during our short stay is that shower drain wasn't working very well in our room. Other than that can't really point out anything.

Beautiful Place so stay, wonderful garden, nice and very friendly people working there, view to the mountains and very recommenable.

Location: on the hill, 10 minutes car drive to the Trento center, on a very good, and not so busy road.Could be noisy, but the traffic is light, and closed windows provide good noise protection.Staff: very friendly, accommodating special requestsBreakfast: plentiful choice of savoury and sweet options, teas selection, good coffeeDinner: 3 options of each course, quick serviceParking: on site with no additional chargeWiFI: throughout, totally adequate even to watch moviesCleanless: immaculate For wheelchair users: although the hotel does not have a “disabled room”, the premises are fully wheelchair friendly, meaning: from the parking right in front of the hotel entrance or from the garage there is a level entrance to the hotel; spacious lift is connecting all levels; access to the restaurant and to the rooms is flat; the room ( wooden floor) and the bathroom are very spacious ; entrance to the shower cabin is flat and large enough, just need to ask the reception to provide you with the chair for the shower cabin you can transfer to; decent size balcony has also levelled entrance. SPA premises have not tried.

You have to pay for everything.. spa.. bathrobe 6 euro.. 15 euro per day per person for the spa and if you have a dog: 15 euro per day, per dog..

Huge, beautiful room. Very friendly, helpfull multilingial staff. Excellent restaurant and spa. Superb view from the balcony, good location. I was only planning to stay one night but i was so impressed that i booked a second.

Room had some cobwebs between the cieling beams, Hammam in the spa was switched off.
