    Pros +

    • Great location near Trento’s main square. Breakfast until 10. Discount for parking at Piazza Fiera. 5-10 minute walk from the parking lot.
    • The hot tub, the sauna, the location, the breakfast, the price.. One of the best places I've stayed in this trip!
    • It is very well located next to the main square and we could easily walk everywhere in this historic town. The museum and tower, steps away from the hotel, were open on Monday.

    Cons -

    • Might be a bit far with more luggage. I had a pretty small room so I suppose it was pretty expensive
    • Reception closes at 8:30pm as it’s a small hotel. This was not an issue for me, but it could be an issue for another traveler. I believe they can arrange a self check-in though as you access your room with a code!
    • Poor breakfast, rooms are clean, but photos used a lot of photoshop.

Spacious and comfortable room with a wonderful view of the main square. The private infrared sauna in the room was great! The included buffet breakfast has quality hot and cold items along with some delicious pastries. The room had a fridge and kettle with provided teas and instant coffees. This boutique hotel ticked all the boxes for me!

The host was very nice and kind. He recommended a good place to have dinner and gave us a lot of advice while we were staying. I strongly recommend this hotel!

I had a beautiful view of the Piazza from my window, and the hotel room was clean and comfortable. And breakfast was included which was nice.

The location was just perfect; the staff was super friendly and helpful; the breakfast was delicious and had enough variety;the room was not too big but comfortable; and the bathroom was perfect.

    Good, but noisy location.

Poor breakfast, rooms are clean, but photos used a lot of photoshop.

1.Location.2. I want to highlight that the staff were very kind and helpful. A special thanks to Gaya for all the assistance with parking and other issues.

People, just read the reviews and don’t trust Booking’s claim that this hotel has a 4-star status. Based on what we experienced, it doesn’t deserve even a single star – I’m not joking. This was a nightmare for which we paid the price of a 4-star hotel. Our room had a shower with no functioning ventilation, and as soon as we opened the door, we were hit by an awful stench – a musty, stale smell of old things. The window was covered with a film and faced an inner courtyard where there was never any light. The cobwebs around the shower weren’t even the worst part compared to the dirty dishes – used and stuck to the saucers – that were left in the room (see photos). The air conditioner turned off automatically at night, and we froze, even though the display constantly showed 24°C. The towel warmer didn’t work, and we were told a technician would come only when we were already about to leave. This was the worst room I’ve had in 9 years of using Booking.com. I feel so embarrassed in front of my family for booking this room and making them endure two nights of discomfort.

Excellent location, right at the Piazza Del Duomo. The room is quaint and charming, clean and comfortable. I also like that a kettle is provided, along with coffee and tea bags. Breakfast is good too, with sufficient varieties and choices. The staff members are friendly and helpful.

    Nothing to dislike.

Location was great and staff at front desk were very friendly. Kept our luggage safe for us too.

Bed was very uncomfortable including pillows and mattress. Staff for breakfast were very rude and not accommodating. For price could get better options.

The view from the room was stunning

There is no parking available in the area especially at weekends. We found the nearest car parks to be full early Saturday morning. There’s ample parking for motorcycles but it’s very difficult for cars .

    The location was excellent.

I would have liked a comfortable chair to sit in rather than a low bed and hard chair.

The hotel it’s really nice, very clean and comfortable .Ludobico and Gaia's attention was exceptional, they were really friendly , kind and with an excellent service attitude.

The hotel offers breakfast service in the restaurant next door, however the service attitude of the Mr who serves in the restaurant is not good, he is rude and unpolite.

Incredible location - just off the main square. Excellent value for money, very quiet room. The two bathrooms ( one with hot tub bath and the other a fully tiled spa typed shower experience ) were a bit crazy but great for my bad back ! Download the free Trento app to get chairlift up a small peak nearby for a great view of the city - from riverside about 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Property is great but be aware most museums are closed on Mondays if you want ti visit them.

Excellent communication from the front of house team. Breakfast was adequate. Location was absolutely perfect we couldn’t have had a better accommodation

Great location, great breakfast, friendly staff.

The room (we were in the Diablo room) was not like any of the photos shown at all. It was tired, tiny, cramped and had a big concrete ledge right above the bed making it difficult to get in and out of bed. It was just a bit disappointing for us after a long trip.

This small hotel is perfectly located, just a stones throw from the duomo. Our room had a balcony which was nice, looking across to the mountains. The room was small but had everything you need: comfy bed, mini fridge, WiFi. As it was at the back, on the 5th floor noise was not a problem. Fabulous shower! The staff were friendly & helpful.Be aware: parking near the hotel is not possible.

Only a couple of negatives: the room was in need of some care (there was a big gouge out of the slanted ceiling which sprinkled plaster dust on the bed) & the breakfast was OK, not exciting, but not topped up when empty. Gluten free products available.

We had an amazing stay at The Exclusive Hotel in Trento! Located right in the heart of the old town, it was incredibly easy to explore and take in the beauty of Trento. The room was absolutely stunning – it had everything you could dream of: a jacuzzi, sauna, and even a Turkish bath all in one! We loved every second we spent in the room, enjoying all the luxurious amenities. It was so relaxing that at times we almost forgot we were here to explore the town!Highly recommend this hotel for a perfect getaway in Trento!

    every things was perfect
