The view from our room was just amazing. The hotel is located high, far away from city, in a calm place. There is a free parking near the hotel or in their garage, room is clean, warm when outside is colder, very nice staff.

The spa is quite tricky, sauna can be together with the pool, and the water in the pool can be warmer especially when You can go outside. Breakfast can be with more options, but all in all is good, good that it is possible to have good coffee

The location is great for hiking and seeing nature. The view from the balcony is outstanding.

The bathroom was not clean. Was a bad smell in the room.

Great stay in a scenic landscape. They offer parking, breakfast, restaurant meals and clean rooms. The service from all the personnel is simply great. Would stay here again!

The family room was enormous. We felt like we were staying in our own chalet with an upstairs for the kids and a downstairs for the parents.The staff was exceptionally courteous and anticipating our every need.

We received excelent room with open and beautiful view to the mountain and Trento city.|Room was very spacios and very clean with everything you need.Beds was confortable and clean bed linen.|For spa area a lot of posibilities but pool is the best

We had a mechanical problem with the car which caused the stay to be extended for another day compared to what we had booked. We asked the reception to help us with an adequate price but unfortunately we were not helped. The price for one night was the same as the price for two days previously booked. I think a more favorable solution could have been found but receptionist said the she can not do it because is not the owner.

The stay was perfect, with a great location and view. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel has a lot of facilities, especially for the kids: pool, play room with ping pong and other games, a tenis court. The breakfast was very good, with a lot of choices and there was also the possibility to have dinner. We had the appartment which was very big and enough for 4 adults and 2 kids. Also, a lot of parking spots were available and we didn't encounter any issues as we travelled with 2 cars. We liked it so much that we decided to extend our trip with another day.

The hotel is very cosy, large comfortable rooms. Lovely and helpful staff, especially in restaurant.

Amazing location with breathtaking views that truly captivate. The ski slope is just a short walk from the hotel, making access effortless. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with an incredibly friendly staff. We like to return there!

We arrived late at night and the room card was waiting for us despite the closed reception. it was great thank you very much

Location for skiing is not good, breakfast is boring and very modest. PART of staff is not nice. Too many guests so not enough parking spaces.

Clean with great amenities and location. Super friendly staff and a great place overall.

Nothing for me, I came by car but I can imagine it being difficult if coming any other way.

Amazing views. Had great time. Quiet room. Very family oriented. Amazing, kind and attentive staff. Plenty of things to see and do. Great saunas and nice pool with outside swim out area. Tennis, ping pong are for free. Bike rentals free. Loved it. We’ll be back to experience a different season

Friendly staff, good parking, nice location and views

Very bland featureless room, too hot and stuffy with no way to control the temperature other than by having the door wide open all night. View of a hill/bank from the room and not of the view. Hard mattress meant a poor night’s sleep. Couldn’t use the pool or spa because it was full of people. Breakfast was crowded. Loud 90s music on repeat in the restaurant and tables very close together. So in summary it is not a hotel I would rush back to….

Amazing heated indoor pool and kids play area :). My children loved it. Dinner and breakfast were good.

Amazing views.

Family had a room at the top of the building, which included a mezzanine in the rafters. Room was so hot, had to open windows and doors fully (No A/C) but people on the balcony below played music and made noise until 0230. Hotel staff did not believe that the room was hot, nor did they accept any responsibility for the noise. A relatively junior member of the reception staff was particularly dismissive about our lack of sleep in an expensive hotel which was particularly unprofessional. We refused to stay another night (despite this being a cost to us). We would not stay there again.

The room was amazing and very comfortable. The view, breath taking. Moreover, the facilities such the SPA, pool, and gaming room (climbing wall also) where included.

A led light wasn't working properly in the room. However it wasn't something major that impacted our stay

Nice hotel with stunning views.

The restaurant staff was comically bad. They were polite but almost comically bad at their jobs. At dinner they brought starters and one main course after ten mins they brought another main course and after three urgencies and 30 mins the other two.During the breakfast (1.5hrs before the end of breakfast) there was no food (I mean it - no food) for like 10 mins and the staff were making the tables.

The hotel was lovely. Staff were very nice! We loved the spa and pool & had fun things for kids to do.
