Breakfast and dinner were outstanding and the staff was excellent

It was a little difficult to understand the different categories of rooms and how the new rooms differed from the older rooms

The staff were friendly and kind considering I was not German speaking.The location was beautiful, my Balcony view overlook the hills of the townThe food breakfast and dinner was exquisite and beautiful plated and taste soo good.The gym was beautiful and clean. Spa Sauna was the best! What a relaxing experience. This the best hotel with top notch amenities.Immenstadt is a great area for outdoors adventurers and scenery. I have travel to many places for business and pleasure. Hands down the best hotel experience I had so far!

Its a German thing, there is no conditioner, only a shampoo and body combo cleaner. For ladies, we need our conditioner!

Excelent hotel with beautiful bathroom and amazing breakfast. Personal was very kind!! Hotel in the middle of wonderful nature near to the Alpsea which was for me great experience.

Stayed with family of 12 people who spoke English and German. The staff had a table for all of us ready for breakfast every day so we could eat together. They are super friendly, efficient and accommodating. The spa is great and clean. Only thing missing as we went in summer is a pool.

The restaurant at the Krone has some of the best food in the Allgäu. The rooms are fairly large, many have balconies, and the bathroom (and shower) are actually large. Closet space is also plentiful.

Limited parking especially during dinner time

The showers were great. The restaurant was wonderful, both for dinner and breakfast. This was the best facility for bike touring that I have ever seen: roomy, secure storage, e-bike charging, a bike washing station, etc. the whole hotel had a premium feel and atmosphere.

The beds were too firm for my taste.

Food was excellent, we had dinner in the hotel two nights and benefited from the breakfast. We stayed in a suite and had everything that we could of needed. They provided all of the extra touches expected and the cleanliness was second to none. I particularly enjoyed the free standing bath and stunning scenery.I need to give a special mention to Suzanne, she helped us several times during our stay and is an asset to the company, exceptional customer service and lovely personality.

There was not anything I did not like, just one addition to the room that would make a big difference .. for a women! is a full length mirror
