Allgäu Art Hotel

The room was spacious as well as the bathroom with an excellent shower. Beds were comfortable and hotel was quiet. Breakfast had a great variety. Parking was easy & convenient. Elevators were efficient. Staff was excellent. Amazing how much patience the staff has with special needs guests at the hotel.

WiFi was fine for the two laptops and quick. On the other hand the WiFi did not want to function on the smart phone to send photos unless one was standing or sitting near the check-in counter. Then the photos uploaded and were sent almost immediately.

Clean, comfortable, easy access to city and railway. Big room, great to have spa at hotel.

Breakfast was fantastic with a lot of variety. However, they only had powdered scrambled eggs instead of poached, fried or boiled eggs.Parking was free and in front of the hotel.trolleys for luggage were readily available at the entrance.

Parking was full most of the time and only luck would afford you a space.The neighborhood was loud at night as the hotel faces a technical school for youth who tend to hang out till the early hours of the morning. The hotel is a few meters away from a large shopping center.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, very inclusive atmosphere and accessible to guests with disabilities.

Everything was amazing in this hotel. Nice comfy room, modern apparel, very clean, big wellness area and rich breakfast.

the location. hotel was ok. The front desk staff was argumentative and not helpful at all

If the front desk staff was helpful regarding our group. My travel agent tried to talk to them, we tried to talk to them as there was a problem with having too many rooms that were not booked under the travel agent or myself. It must havebeen an error, but the front desk was very unwilling to help. My travel agent tried to get with the manager and called from the United States 5 times to work out this situation, but no phone calls or correspondence back from the manager.

The rooms were like new, big beds and a spacy bathroom. It was easy to get a parking lot in the underground garage - costs 8 EUR per day. There is also a charger for electric cars in front of the hotel.

Unfortunately, there wasn't air conditioning and it was really hot in the rooms. We arrived on a hot summer day.

In a good location with good facilities. Rooms were large with tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast buffet was fairly extensive. Overall a good place for a short Kempten break

The front desk staff were friendly. The decoration of the hotel has top taste.. there are many decorations in the hotel that uses some ordinary wood and wood pieces - but they are very artful and beautiful.

Many staff do not know much english.

The room was perfect. Good size, nice view, perfectly clean , nice bathroom. The breakfast was abundant and of very good quality and variety. The staff at the reception was good, smiling and efficient. Good possibility of parking.

The room was wide and clean - nice balcony - It was extremely acceptable (although we weren't in need)

water in the shower made all the floor wet. a mop in the room could have helpedinfornation regarding things to do - staff seemed not very up to date.

Second time in this hotel. That tells you something.Nice fresh hotel. 5 min walk from Kempten centre.Clean, good breakfast included. Just the place for one ore two night stop=over.

Free hotel parking space is limited.Accross the street there's plenty, but paid (onlt 50ct per hour or so).Rooms at the streetside can be noise with inebriated folk being load in the dead of night.
