Loved the quirky furniture very different, very clean nice view out the window . Nice restaurant below but didn't eat there .

Hated the staircase,so steep and hidden entrance and no parking . Also I didn't like the self check in personally ,I like the human touch . The shower was tiny in the bathroom if you were large you wouldn't fit !!

Great location, clean rooms beds were so comfortable. Windows opened so you could have fresh air.

A bit of a faff to check in just be sure to have your code and not turn up and search your mobile without your reading glasses for this.

We like the location it is close to shops and restaurants.

The room and bathroom are small, actually the room has very few amenities even only one or two power outlet. The room is on the low level so we closed the windows but it was a little bit hot for us, so we tried to turn on the air condition but it didn't work.

Nice and cozy room. Good bed. Very good location in the city center.

There is no furniture except for the bed, so you have nowhere to put your bag. There is a small shelf, but you can't do anything with it.

I loved that the room had air conditioning!!!! The room was comfortable. I really liked the easy check in and check out process!

Nothing I didn't like! It was a very nice stay for the price. It's in a great spot for food too.

Very nicely decorated room, comfy beds, nice sheets and blankets. Air condition worked well.

Didn’t have a proper chair for the table like on the pictures. Not much storage for clothes (pictures showed more). Pretty noisy when neighbors open and close their doors.

Kempten is a very nice little town. Super cosy, nice people. The hotel is located in the city center but parking space is abundant.

Location is good, although parking lot is a bit far (350-400m from hotel). Room is good cozy with style. Snack bar at lobby got coffee pod, wine and soft drink for you to buy

THE STAIRS!!!! To get into the room, we had to climb 2 flights stairs (see photo) with luggage. My fault I didn’t notice the hotel wrote clearly that no lift. It’s more like BandB than a hotel, coz no staff in the evening. We checking with pass code to get a key.

The automated check-in works very well, even with a separate sheet on request with bike storage instructions (in German, but Google is wonderful). I am very happy to have a cheaper room because the front desk is not attended in the afternoons. The location is perfect for the old town, and the restaurant below is superb. There's no breakfast served here, but there are two nice breakfast cafes right outside the door.

Parking close to the property is a big problem, especially during the week. No breakfast. Reception only open from 8am

It was clean and the room was already pre-heated which was very nice. The bathroom was very nice as well. The bed and the cushions were comfortable.

The TV needs to be upgraded. The table was rather decorative than usable (for work for example).

Beautifully decorated, very good WiFi connection.Knowing that it was hot, the hotel provided sheets with duvets to cover up "lightly".Very good breakfast at the bakery next door on the hotel's recommendation.Recommended parking at a very reasonable cost.

Very hot temperature in the room in summer, the hotel is in the city (and not air-conditioned, but we knew that) it was rather difficult to sleep with the windows open (noise and street lights).No car park near the hotel, it was difficult to find a free place in the recommended parking.

Location was great! Didn't really have much contact with any staff; it operates much like an air bnb.....keys in lockbox. But the room and beds were comfortable and it was nice to be able to incorporate a third person without the need to secure an additional room.

I missed having the luxury of an onsite restaurant/bar, but there's certainly plenty of those just steps away from the property, so not really a big deal. This was perfect for our particular needs.

The breakfast was plentiful and varied, offering all the options we need - early in the morning. We did not notice the possibility to get eggs to order, but that is a really nice option.

The rooms are excellent, well-styled, clean and good-size. The internet is very good.

It was a shame that the restaurant/bar was closed.

very cute rooms and decor! fun location in the center, not too far from the parking garage so pretty convenient
