Location a bit out of town.

Clean / all new/ amazing breakfast / very big space Parking space outdoor but in a private area in front of the hotel

Useful and good for stop in long distance journey. Aseptically for big group of people.

No warmed facilities before approaching the toilette, bathroom and badroom.

Soloplan staff are really customer focus. As the pillows were too soft for me I've asked at reception for a much firm one, if available. I was told that they will look into it. In the evening when I got back to my room a had a great surprise: a brand new orthopedic pillow was there for me. This is what I call customer orientated hotel.

Not a dislike, but it could be a good thing to have in the room a Nespresso pods coffee machine and perhaps a selection of tea.

Size of room. Restaurant. Convenient location.

The bedrooms had no telephones. My 90 year old German (so there was no language problem) friend tried to leave a message at the hotel only to be told that no messages could be taken. Probably a consequence of the age of mobile phones but seriously irritating.

We stayed with 2 small kids. The room was huge! It was clean, comfortable, very nice shower, had everything you could ask for. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed, but still it was possible to eat a snack. Breakfast was very good as well.Electric car chargers are available, they only work with a charger pass - debit/creditcard doesn't work.

Clean, spacious with good location.

Spacious rooms, big shower and balcony, beautiful gardens around the property and nice restaurant with good menu. Good choice of food for breakfast .

We found out we could have spent €20 or less without booking with Booking.com but by booking directly with the hotel, which surprised us. They could have had coffee machine in room with free coffee and tea like most 4 star hotels. It rained and they had no complimentary umbrellas to use.

Huge and very clean rooms. Absolutely amazing staff, very communicative and allowing us a later check-in with clear instructions. Would definitely recommend. We were passing by for one night only and its perfect location (close to the main road) makes it very easy. Will come back!

Everything was perfect in the hotel

Maybe a little bit tricky to start the air-conditioning in the room.Restaurant was ok but not at the same level as the rest. We had the feeling one of the waiters was a little bit "pushing" about tip. Yet not a big issue

Duvets were a bit too hot for our liking

New, modern, well equipped and organized.Pleanty of parking, easy check in even late at night. Balconies facing to the nature, quiet surrowndings. All the comfort. Good breakfast. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

Amazing huge room, separate shower room, separate the toilet which I consider to be soooo useful. Comfy bed, minibar but it needs to be paid. Close to the center of the city, 2-3 min by car, 20 min for a walk.

Breakfast not the level I expected but ok. The mini bar became an exemption as most of the hotels in Germany offers you free drinks in the minibars.

Leah has a lovely kind manner at the desk and helped my checkin flow so well. Gorgeous big bedroom,super comfy, amazing views. Fabulous lil touches like wine and water in the bedroom. Breakfast was really fabulous, fresh breads, amazing fruit, superb coffee and Prosecco to boot!!!

Absolutely nothing this place is the nicest place to stay in the Kempten area if Germany
