CityHotel Kempten

Location is good. Nice walk to center of town. Nice breakfast area.

Cumbersome arrangement for parking garage. Room was tiny with two single separated beds. But it was my own mistaken choice.Too much decorative stuff everywhere.The light in the bathroom shines right into the bedroom when used at night.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is indeed very good and the location is great (5-10 min walk to the Old town)

The street is a bit too loud on the weekends. Of course this is not the hotel’s fault, but there are several noisy cars (people making noise on purpose)

Silvia and her staff were super friendly! Breakfast was great.

Bathroom, especially the shower were small. No elevator.

A comfortable, quaint and friendly hotel, with local character situated near Kempten town centre. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Other reviews say the breakfasts are good, it’s true, they’re perfect; a wide and varied choice of quality products served in a nice dinning room. Certainly a hotel my wife and me will stop off again when we’re next passing through.

Single room was too small. Uncomfortable bed. hotel looked old, location was in the bussy street with lots of noises during the night. I stayed for 1 night as I needed a rest but it did not worth it.

The staff is great, very attentive and nice. Breakfast is wonderful too.

The family room on the second floor is small for a 5-member family.

Sylvia, the owner, is a lovely lady and very helpful. She let us park our motorcycles in the hotel garage overnight. She also recommended a nearby traditional German brewery/restaurant where we had a nice meal. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and very nicely prepared. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I didn't like the stairs! Reception on 1st floor, room on 2nd floor. Car parking was a bit of a faff.

Very central location, and great service. We could use the parking garage of the shopping center in front of the hotel, where we charged our electric car over night (just 2 charging points in the garage though)
