Nice hotel in center Kempten, nice and clean room, very confortable bed, sleep wery well.Frinedly stuff, good location of the hotel. Like it, if travel once more to Kempten, i'll take this hotel.

Parnikg facilities

Self check-in was very easy. The position is perfect (few minutes from the city centre). The room was neat and tidy.

The check-in code was sent upon request, while it should be sent automatically 24-hours in advance.

Easy to reach from the highway24h checkin

Car parking rules are a bit confusing

Strict check in regulation; I had to wait till 15.00 o'clock to be able to check in even if by our last stay in January for two nights, no one cleaned our room!!! The carpet could be cleaner, especially in the corners and under the beds. Gratis breakfast for followings stays should be extended also to booking com costumers and not only for direct booking via the hotel app.

Clean Place and amazing friendly Staff including the Housekeeping

Exceptional

There is no parking for the hotel, you have to park at a public parking next to hotel, costs 10€ per day.

Clean, modern, great location

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Literie confortable. Châssis performants quant à l'isolation phonique de la route.

Very good

The hotel did not have a place for us for breakfast, so we went to get breakfast, and when we got back, we got a fine for parking. We assumed that we would park until we checked out. No one told us we had to remove the car from the garage in the morning or pay an additional fee if we stayed until noon. That was very disappointing on our way to check out.

Passable

I had to pay twice for the hotel because after 11 PM, there is no one at the reception, and the system doesn't provide the room number and key code. There's no one to confirm that you've already paid. The phone number didn't work. I was left with options: either stay on the street and find another hotel or pay again, hoping for a refund once they resolve the reservation and payment visibility issue. It's a very unpleasant experience, especially when you have a sick child with you.

Location and price

Room fronts onto main road

Modern furniture, comfortable bed, really very clean place, quite room.

Location was easy to achieve by a car. Room was clean.

Car parking was challenging. Had to park a far away from hotel. Room was very small for 2 adults and 2 kids.
