Breakfast was good.

No wifi internet as advertised. Manager performed speed test and received a 3% score on connection, he felt that was reasonable! Business center keyboard was broken! Also no A/C - it was hot sleeping even with balcony door open!

Pool not warmed, poor fitness room

Pet friendly - super close to center and forest so it was easy to find both pleasures (culture & nature) very good beeakfast and wellness

Clean room, service, staff. Perfect communication with young lady from Slovakia on reception desk and also guy from Slovakia in the restaurant. We unfortunately do not know thier names

In the spa zone no rules( people walking naked), access to hotel is little bit hidden

nice family room, good breadfast and a swimming for kids to play. aircondition is a big plus for summer days!they also offered free underground parking for my mini bus due to the risk of too high.

Everyone was exceedingly friendly, and the included breakfast was incredible – a full buffet with many options. The room was quiet, the shower was hot with great water pressure, and everything was clean. I have no complaints about our service or stay.

There were limited available parking spaces in the underground garage. Thankfully, we found a place to park, but there were very few open spaces.

Breakfast was good. Good variety but need to work on the eggs.Room was okay and bathroom could use some upgrade.Our room had a almost indoor balcony so we were able to put our luggages there.

We were not allowed to drink on the dining table but only at the bar and the seating in front of the receptionist as told by the bartender. The carpet could use some upgrade.

Very good location, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and very good view of the mountains if you live above the first floor.

It is difficult to enjoy the view of the mountains in the rooms on the first floor

The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They answered our travel-related questions and assisted with a few inconveniences — we’re truly grateful for their support.The room was spacious and comfortable, with a complimentary bottle of sparkling water. There was also a balcony, but since it faced a wooded area, we didn’t end up using it.Breakfast was absolutely amazing — a wide selection of breads, cheeses, cold cuts, and fresh fruits, plus freshly cooked eggs and meat, along with a variety of coffees, juices, and teas. It was such a treat to start the day with a breakfast like this.The hotel also has a spa and swimming pool, but unfortunately, we couldn’t use them as we didn’t bring swimsuits.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all in our room. When we brought it up to the front desk, we were told “we can do nothing,” which didn’t feel very helpful or reassuring.

Property is quite old. Pictures on booking.com do not give the true condition.Although two rooms were booked, connecting rooms were not given which was inconvenient.

Everything! Staff is outstandingly friendly and warm! Breakfast is 10 stars. Hotel is beautiful and room has gorgeous views of mountains. Perfect location in nature and within walking distance to the train station and everything.

Everything was perfect. The staff were very helpful, breakfast is excellent nothing to improve and the rooms with the mountain view were perfect.

Had a wonderful stay here at amber hotel. Everything was perfect. The room was tidy, the manager at the reception was very kind and professional. They even had a welcome drink! The swimming pool is small but cozy and I'm sure it's a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The parking was easy too. Just use the automatic kasse before you drive out.

Thoughtful staff, they organised something cute because they noticed it was my friend's birthday.

The spa is fantastic! The sauna is as hot as it should be, the towels are big and fluffy, the showers are strong, and I loved the chill beds. Both the dinner I ate in the hotel's restaurant, and the breakfast were perfect with everything I desired or asked for. And the staff were super kind and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay, thank you.

I liked everything! Wish we could stay longer. Perfect location in the city centre but still not loud. Excellent breakfast-anything you can wish for. You can take many walks in the area. The staff was very friendly. One of the receptionists (young, tall, blond, glasses) gave us a very good advice on hiking. Welcome drink (coffee/tea/prosecco/juice) was very much appreciated. I was positively surprised by the morning post! Also the architecture of the whole hotel is on point. Large but still very cosy. You have an option to book a profesional massage done by an expert. We haven’t tried the pool or sauna but next time we will for sure! Also the parking was not too expensive. Everything in this hotel is very well executed. Wa want to come back again.
