Very close to train station and KurPark. Excellent breakfast, staff a delight. Sense of security. Quiet.

No coffee or hot water maker. Elevator complicated. Door locks secure but requires physically locking from inside which could be problem. No mention of No Credit Cards accepted on Booking.com although they would accept debit card. I had enough cash on hand.

Excellent location, just a few steps from the beautiful Kurgarten. Clean and tidy rooms, a very kind and welcoming hostess, and the lovely cat makes the ambiance even warmer.

Fantastic staff, great breakfast, *impressively* clean room, mini-refrigerator in the room, nice balcony, amazing location while being so quiet, very good water pressure and water temperature. Frankly they're not charging enough for how well kept this place is. I plan to come back next time I'm in Bad Reichenhall.

They've got light Enterprise WIFI gear (Ubiquiti) but the guest wifi is limited to 10mps down and about 1 up. I was able to maintain an international zoom call in the lobby but my room, 2 doors from the access point, struggled to maintain consistent connection. My only gripe.

The wellcomeness, the breakfast and the localization, in a very quite place and a close walk to several meal options.

We feel the lack of an air-conditioning system or at least fans to decrease the high temperatures at hot days of late August. We had some problems concerning the draining of the water of the shower.

As a small family run hotel, all the staff do their best to meet the needs of their customers and are very friendly. The buffet breakfast is very extensive and cooked items are also available. The location is very convenient for exploring the surrounding area and the scenary is spectacular.

Facilities do not include a pool, spa or sauna as it's a small hotel.

Great conditions, room was clean and very comfortable, staff was amazing, they went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable, I'm very impressed with their hospitality and kindness. The location was also great, very close to the center of the Bad Reichenhall. I would definitely recommend!

This is a small family run hotel garni so it doesn't serve dinner but does serve a very good breakfast. The very helpful staff are only too happy to recommend local restaurants and it's only a short walk to town via the attractive park. The location is perfect for exploring this part of Bavaria and also the area around Salzburg.

The free car park is quite small which is our only criticism.

Hotel is family run and staff could not have been more attentive and helpful. Location, room and the Bavarian breakfast buffet were perfect.

Breakfast was delicious and staff very friendly. The hotel is located very close to the train station but it is very quiet. Easy to get to parks, gardens, city centre and restaurants. Lots of material available on things to see and do.Would go back anytime.
