ibis Styles Bad Reichenhall

The breakfast was outstanding.Location right in middle of town . Want to give special thanks to Pascal front desk and Peter who spent 2 hours with us to secure VIGNETTE for driving in Austria .

-Hotel staff => all of them were super friendly, from reception, kitchen, restaurant, bar-Nice restaurant and bar at the lobby, with very good food as well very good prices. Food was 9+ out of 10 :)-Very good and rich breakfast both for adults and kids-Nice view to the mountains from our room in the 4th floor-Hotel provides private parking for 18 euros per day, however we parked on the streets next to the hotel, its cheaper and was 2-3min of walking

-Hotel was very clean in almost all areas, expect our room. The floor in our room, needs definitely an cleaning / washing as its carpet. Mine as well my children's socks were very dirty after walking inside the room. I believe this can be also due to the fact that this was a family room and depending on the children, lot of stuff land on the floor. We saw some other signs also on the walls, for sure coming from other children. My recommendation however is to clean it more often compared to normal rooms where only adults stay.-Our room did not have inside the bathroom an active ventilation system. After shower was difficult to stay inside. I mentioned this during the check out, they mentioned that only a passive ventilation (which does not help) is present.- Shower drainage needs to be cleaned, as i had to stop several times while taking shower, for the water not to go inside the bathroom.

It is a modern place with a great location for our trip to Koniggsee and the area. There is an excellent Indian restaurant within walking distance and the hotel breakfast was spectacular. I liked that the grandkids had their bunker beds in a special little cubby room. I haven’t seen that before.

We had a truly wonderful experience at Ibis Styles Bad Reichenhall from the moment we arrived. Everything—from the friendly reception to the thoughtful details throughout the hotel—was outstanding.What truly stood out was our dinner experience at the hotel restaurant. We were especially impressed by Vinko, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and dedicated. His outstanding service, warm attitude, and attention to every detail made our dinner unforgettable. In fact, it was his exceptional hospitality that made us decide to dine at the hotel again the following evening.This kind of genuine service is rare and truly appreciated. Highly recommended!

We're glad that we found this hotel, it is on a quiet pedestrian mall. Lots of shops and really comfortable. The bar was very nice and staff super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really good with lots of options. We parked down the street (couple minute walk) from the hotel in a free lot for the evening. Hotel also had parking (paid) available. The spa was also a treat.

Location is very good and worth the money, Reception staff were amazing and very supportive, and I literally loved my stay.

Car parking was paid, which could be a little challenge. We parked at the roadside, but if parking had been included in the price, it would have added more value.

The hotel was good. The room was clean and very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. As an added bonus, guests can make coffee or tea at any time throughout the day.

I like the position, the view, and the very good restaurant.

It was nice to have the option of having a gluten-free breakfast. The pastries and breads weren't the best, but the rest of the food selection made up for it. The hotel and restaurant staff were helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was ok. Everything else just aberage

Checkin was a disaster bee arrived 15 minutes before 3:00pm and they made us wait until exactly 3:00 pm to check in. Not even 2 minutes early. We had to wait in the lobby while the check in man stared off “into space” before we could check in. And the rooms were ready.

Excellent breakfast, spacious and immaculately clean room, lovely location, most people in the breakfast/bar area very nice and friendly.

Slightly tired wi-fi. Not really something we disliked, but it took us a while to discover that the two 'red ropes' that need to be pulled for the underground parking gate to open are in fact two strings hanging from the ceiling, located at the signal lights before the final bend when leaving the garage.

The room was better than average, considering it is Ibis. The washroom had the basic toiletries. The breakfast spread was good the staff is very hospitable. All the rooms had a chocolate placed outside our rooms on the Christmas Eve. The hotel has a parking area too at a decent rate. The location is accessible from anywhere.

Great location, clean

The parking garage is a little confusing to get out of. No clear signs posted that you need to pull a cord to get out.

Good parking underground. Enough for a night. Clean and efficient. Provided water in the breakfast area. Just outside is the town’s walking street

The balcony always had cigarette smell blown in either from neighbour or someone downstairs, can’t open the balcony for more than 15 minutes.

It is a modern hotel in an interesting town. We plan to stay longer next time to explore the town. Parking is a little expensive at €18. The rooms are lovely and comfortable.We had dinner in the restaurant this time, and the fish & chips were out of this world. My husband is not keen on fish but was lyrical over this. Definitely eating here again. Access from the garage to rooms is easy via the lifts and trolleys are available.

I wish there had been a kettle and cups in the room for an early cup if tea ?.

Very nice stay: clean, modern and easy to find

The waiters in the restaurant were somewhat unprofessional, we had two times dinner here and both times they have mixed up a few things. Might be a coincidence.However, the food was tasty.

We have stayed here twice now. Beautiful spot, clean comfortable room with basic amenities. We loved the breakfast and dinner in the restaurant also.

We were met by a young man at 0230 in the morning and treated like kings. Located direct in center. Walk to everything.

The other staff were cold. Unless you were dressed to kill and drove a Porsche no smiles. Heard this from several guests. Young man who greeted was an exception.
