The location was everything we had hoped for—tranquil, serene, perfect for families, and offering breathtaking views. Breakfast and dinner were nothing short of exceptional.

Our stay with two energetic toddlers left the room in a delightful disarray. While the charm of the place shone through, the absence of daily room service would have been a welcome touch to keep things tidy.

Fantastic location. Good breakfast, very friendly staff. Large roam with a nice view. Big swimming pool, decent spa area in general. Overall a great stay.

Pool area didn't have enough reclining chairs, the mattress was a bit old and what I really didn't like was that 10€ fee to use the garage of the hotel. Many hotels offer free parking. You are already paying to stay in the hotel, why would you have to pay to park in their own garage?

Excellent hotel. Spacious, clean, quiet room. Very pleasant staff. About 10 minutes walk from the city center and 5 minutes from the RupertusThermeVery varied and rich breakfast.There is a pool, children's playroom and also a playground outside.This is our second time at the hotel and we definitely recommend it!

Advertised sky bar closed for two nights and reportedly out of food for a third. Very poor. Restaurant is buffet, average quality and too expensive.

Strange! Didn't feel like we were in a hotel- more like a social camp & reception was decidly unfriendly. Having said that...room was excellent & location perfect. Bad Reichenhall really interesting & well worth visiting. Bedroom lighting was very interesting-never did master it!!

The bed is totally uncomfortable. It seems the last time they changed the mattresses in the hotel was in the 50s. The sofa bed was impossible to sleep on.

The staff were very attentive, the food was delicious, and the room was spacious.

Amazing hotel and dinners ? we were there during Christmas time and atmosphere was fantastic, staff is very friendly and there are spaces for kids.

the pool was not very big but still ok for a quick swim and the breakfast was not exceptional but was correct.the temperature in the room was very warm

Old school socialistic hotel. Literally there was no stuff at all. We got a room and the toilet was not cleaned. The room was hot.

Location is great and walking distance from city center. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great garden for everyone to play, kids and adults. Breakfast has a wide range and very good choice.

There is no a/c in the rooms which might be a problem in very hot summer nights. The hotel is slightly outdated and for this reason I did not find that it was value for money. Apart from this 2 topics, we had a great stay.

The staff were fantastic, reception, breakfast, cleaning and in the bar. Location perfect, 5 minute walk to the botanical gardens and salt house and 5 minute walk to the thermal baths. Amazing nearby countryside to explore and lovely restaurants in walking distance. Lots of choice at breakfast, whole family happy.

We had to pay to use the on site car park. It’s very tired and dated inside. Rough breeze block walls could be easily freshened up and would completely change the impression of the hotel. Limited food choices in evening but plenty of places to eat in walking distance.

Nice pool and sauna. Great breakfast spread and gluten free bread (on request)! Very comfortable rooms.

The restaurant closed very early, before we checked in. Thankfully we had eaten dinner earlier, otherwise we would have been in trouble!

Very poor Wifi, on some Rooms no Internet and we have been charged for extra taxes even though the reservation was made last year...The staff could not really explain why was it, just now I have to pay more taxes!!! Not a costumer friendly approach!
