location great. breakfast at a nice place not at the hotel.

no lift. small room. not enough lighting. not enough parking. breakfast was poor. no menu.

Centrally located in Bäd Tolz with a great restaurant below. The room was comfortable and well equipped.

Confusing check in process- could be better explained in the check-in instructions.

Beautiful, clean, modern, restaurant has good food, staff is so nice and helpful.

No elevator, hard to bring large luggages up stairs.

This is a true boutique hotel in the Centre of town with friendly staff and great food. The entire facility is incredibly well taken care of and feels like “home away from home”.

Good position in the center of the town, quiet place, very nice forniture and style of the rooms.The restaurant has a good variety of food and beers, the quality and the taste is very high.

Inside the room there are no courtains so you get waked up very early by the sunlight.Breakfast is avayable after 8.30 am, if you need to leave earlier (because of work, foe ex.) you need to look for a bar or a backery on the town

We arrived at night, and there was a problem receiving key via key boy, but the personal arrived 10 minutes afterwards.

No breakfast and actually hard to find restaurants for a good breakfast. Most were coffee and just pastries.

It’s unique and tha staff are so friendly and cooperative.

First of all when was checking in the reservation was paid through booking but the receptionist said you have to pay 200€ as a tax but I refused directly because I paid 135€ including tax and fees, secondly pillows are not good.

The location was convenient and easy to access the Christmas Market, restaurants, parking, etc.

Great location right in the center of town. Wonderful courtyard with tables and heaters to stay warm while enjoying Glühwein

The rooms were so dark, not enough light. Just l one yellow overhead light in the room and very small lamps on nightstands that didn’t even work. The staff wasn’t initially friendly when we checked in so we stood and waited to be checked in by another staff member.

Fantastic room interior (very stylish, new, comfortable), great bed, modern ventilator, big TV screen with apps to login to Netflix etc
