Breakfast was amazing, position of the hotel is perfect, room was excellent with perfect balcony to enjoy sunrise / evenings. Staff were really friendly, felt like we were at home. Would pick the same hotel for any future visits.

Quiet location, walking distance to the beach, and a short bus ride to the center of Klagenfurt.

Nice little hotel, courteous and helpful staff. Breakfast was basic but plentiful and tasty. The highlight was the nearby beach and the use of the pedal boat. All in all a recommendable stay.

Room booked was supposed to have a bunk bed but we ended up getting a couch for the kids.

Peaceful and relaxing environment. Bed was big and comfortable.

Centralized heating a bit too high. Fruit salad and fruit bowls had the same fruits for at least 4 breakfast mornings. I understand there was a lot of leftover from Easter, but some strawberries were starting to rot, as well as stale fruit salad.

The property was adequate, though not perfectly clean. It was acceptable overall. As someone who travels frequently for work, I would rate this property 2 out of 4.

I have stayed at this location several times throughout the past year for work. While it was generally acceptable, I found the breakfast to be minimal, and the rooms were uncomfortably cold during the winter months.During my last stay in December, I accidentally left behind my charging devices and called the next day to ask if they could hold onto them until my next visit. When I returned in January, the receptionist was unable to locate the chargers. They offered to send them via mail, and a few days later, I received a package. However, to my surprise, it contained someone else’s items, not my chargers.I contacted the location again, and the owner blamed me for the situation, claiming I had handled everything incorrectly.Given this experience, I will no longer be using this location and cannot recommend it to others.

We had a very comfortable, nice, and warm room, and we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade from booking.com.The breakfast was great, offering a variety of delicious options to start our day.The staff was friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.The hotel is conveniently located outside of town, which made it easy for us to find without any hassle.

The parking situation was quite busy when we arrived. It seemed like locals had parked their vehicles in the hotel's parking lot, forcing hotel guests to park elsewhere, specifically at a nearby grocery store's parking lot. The hotel management should consider reserving a few spots exclusively for hotel guests, especially those arriving from far away with luggage.The upper floors are only accessible by stairs, which might be inconvenient for some guests.There is no 24-hour reception, so we were asked multiple times about our exact arrival time, which was a bit annoying. We kept receiving requests to provide our time of arrival even after we did provide our estimate. This is really annoying because we were traveling from one town to another and we just couldn't stop worrying whether the hotel received our message or not.

Pleasant accommodation close to the highway to Italy. Comfortable beds, cleanliness, rich breakfast. Free parking is also possible at the nearby supermarket.

Our spacious room was clean and comfortable. It was easy to reach this hotel by car, and there was plenty of free available parking. The staff were friendly. We felt welcomed. The breakfast was quite good.

Breakfast was great and the beautiful solarium near the lake with the pedal boats available was the highlight for us.

When booking the room, picture shows river and deck chair but near the hotel there is no river. River Glanfurt is far away.

Spacious modern room, great breakfast, fantastic “Badehaus” with access to the river which was warm and clean to swim

Our room was spacious, clean and recently renovated with a balcony and a little fridge. Very good breakfast and dinner. The hotel is nice with friendly and helpful staff. The private beach with deckchairs is across the road and it is not directly near the lake, it looks more like a stream. But it was quiet and we could hire boats, paddleboards. The hotel is close to a busy road, Billa is opposite the hotel. The area is great for cycling, walks or hiking and there are many places for swimming and water sports.

We were unlucky to have our room facing the road with pretty heavy traffic. But it was possible to close the window and use A/C. We just prefer an open window. Unfortunately, the restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays so we could not enjoy more dinners or an evening drink.

Location good. Breakfast fantastic.

I came on monday on busines trip and restaurant was closed. I got answer that restaurant not working on monday, but to change hotel was too late

Excellent staff, restaurant, and environment.

We could not use the balcony and the equipment was a bit outdated.
