Friendly staff, very nice location and hotel is beautiful.

Parking and breakfast should be included with the price we already pay for the hotel.

Nice staff! Great location. Beautiful apartment. Great heating. The kitchen was nice. A very comfortable apartment.

Personally, I don’t like standing in the bathtub while showering. During the new year time the price is high but I think it’s because of high season.

The breakfast was exceptional, with a wonderful variety of options to choose from. Everything tasted fresh and homemade, and every dish was absolutely delicious.

The shampoo wasn’t refilled during our stay, so we had to use hand soap to wash our hair.

The room is large and spacious. The hotel staff from the receptionists to the room attendants were super friendly and very helpful! Breakfast is amazing. The location of the hotel is right in the center of old town with parking a 100m away.

Parking for €18/day seems expensive to me. Another option is to use paid parking zones on the street but beware of police officers who are looking for parked cars just few minutes after the expiration.

Perfect breakfast - for all tastes. Excellent location in the historic city center. Paid parking Vitaneum Parkgarage is available 150 m away - max. price for 24 hours: € 35.

We checked in later in the evening, but the frendly staff was there and helped us with everything. The room was large and tidy, the bed was great. Bathroom was also very good. There was a card with informations and prices for everything in the hotel. The hotel is only few minutes of walk from the central square. They have parking options in hotel, but there are good garages close by. All in all a great experiance. Would recommend if you want to stay in center of the city.

Maybe a larger shower cabin would be good.

We were a group of four staying in a nice, large room with kitchenette. Location is excellent, practically in the center. Guests get a discount for parking jn the parking garage around the corner

Perfect location (even for the Christmas market). Helpful and professionali staff. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Appreciated the coffee machine in the room.

The room was here and there too dusty. Unfortunately no tea pack in the room.

The shampoo and toiletry bag in badroom were empty. In sauna was no water.

Wanted a bath tap but only shower was there.Also the lobby had too much stuff but otherwise it was very good hotel with very nice and helpful staff

Friendly staff, the room was very nice and clean. The location is perfect, very central, and with the bus station just around the corner.

Rooms were ok, could have had better shampoo, and maybe some regular soup. Had issue where toilet needed to be fixed twice. We stayed for quite a few days, maybe switch up foods offered, always the same. Bigger coffee cups.Location of hotel is great. I am from Klagenfurt but live in NYC, I realize that things are different in Europe. I am not complaining, but just suggestions.

Since there was a water issue during our stay, maybe guests should have received free drinking water daily, we were 3 guests in one room received ONE free bottle.

Location is ideal, close to historic centre of Klagenfurt. Close to many local restaurants, cafe and bars. Jacqueline at reception was very helpful and resolved issues with air conditioning in my room. You need more people like her in your hotel.

Some of staff were not well trained to deal with customer issues. I had issue with my air conditioning, one staff member at reception was very rude in saying to me that she could not do anything. While little later her own colleague Jacqueline helped me out and fixed the issue.

Good location by marketplace, old town, local buses. Nespresso machine was appreciated. Easy bus trip to Minimundus and Wörthersee.

Toilet did not flush properly - reception wasting advise maintenance.

We had to pay 2 places for the parking for motorcycles even if we used only one place.250 Euros for a night and we had to pay 4 Euros to have 4 extra coffee capsThe staff of the hotel is not friendly at all (front desk). The opposite of the restaurant

Breakfast was wonderful. Great selection and variety, good quality produce, lovely calm atmosphere. The prosecco was a lovely surprise.

The location is the most positive thing about this place.

The room for 4 people was huge, but unfortunately the sofa beds are simply terrible. I would say they are sofa pillows laying on the floor, not beds. It’s a pity!
