Skycity Hotel Atrigon

The breakfast was good (decent coffee machine, plant-based options). Bed was comfortable and we got a crib for my baby. The location is close to the train station, which can be a benefit if this is your preferred mode of transportation.

Cleanliness was lacking — when we received the room, we noticed several unclean spots.The breakfast was incomplete: there was almost no fruit.Check-in was not smooth: the hotel was hard to locate (you need to ring a doorbell, which isn’t obvious when you arrive), and the cleaning staff was still working during regular check-in hours.We had to walk around dirty sheets and towels lying on the floor as we got to our room.

Room size was great

This hotel needs a lot of improvements and fixes. Garage location and map how to get there is very complicated. Staff is unfriendly and not reachable after 10 pm. Don’t ever ask for any extra services, no chance to get a response.

It was very close to Bahnhof (train station) and a shopping mall 15mins on foot.

I would have loved to have fruit with the breakfast buffet but there was none.

Good hotel, at reasonable price, free parking free sauna, good breakfasts.

What I didn't like was that dogs are allowed in your facility. One guest locked his dog in the room during breakfast and the dog barked the whole time. I told him and got an awkward answer and that it was only five minutes. It was quite more than that. More than 30 minutes.

I was given a room on the 3rd floor, then suddently the receptionist changed her mind and gave me another room with a terrace view where i had no acces to. Only to discover later that in the next room there were some muslim men, and they went on the terrace to smoke and had complete view IN MY ROOM!!! I saw them as I came out of the shower!!!In the middle of the night they were loud and I heard noises like door bumbing...I was completely horrified.At the check-out next day, the receptionist completely ignored me!I hate this hotel! Unsafe, unfriendly, and I payed 2,3€ more than was the offer was! I do not recomend!

Very clean hotel with tea kettle and small fridge in the room. Downside : Reception is only open until 8:30 pm, loud neighbourhood and getting to my room at 9pm was not easy as the door through the breakfast area is closed during night time, so I had to search for another way to acces my floor to get to my room. Noisy fellow guests and people shouting outside... Nice 2 know : Late checkout is possible for a 10€ per h fee.Good place to stay if travelling by train, only 3 min walk from train station.

Room were clean and big and breakfast was excellent. Location is near the city center, which is nice.

Very friendly staff. Bed very comfortable and nice to have a coffee maker in the room. (-:

It was a bit farther from the center as I thought - though a nice taxi driver was recommended by the staff (for an evening lift to the Stadtstheater)

Not the room I reserved,in room was not Smart TV,no sleepers,no minibar,most of things what says that I reserved with my room was not there...so I asked the room that I reserved and paid,and I had no answer from hotel

Easy check-in and out, friendly staff, the distance from main train station and location. Clean, comfortable and warm room, very spacious. I liked all the necessities you get in the bathroom for your stay. Perfect for solo travelers.

The light in the bathroom was bit dimmed, not as bright as I would expect, and the curtain on the window couldnt be fully closed...

Restricted check-in times. Location-wise, it is very convenient for the railway station, although less so for the city centre.

The name of the Hotel is not displayed clearly on the front of the building. "Skycity" is not displayed at all. And only "Trigon" could be deciphered. The "A" was written in a strange script, which meant you could not be sure that you had found it!

I like there is a kettle and tea-coffee provided.Free bottle of water.

There is no hot water, direct from the tap. In the late night, in the sink the water was cold, in the morning, while showering is taking so much time to get a warm water, not talking about hot.I really don’t like the area, I don’t feel save there at all, already afternoon but winter time - when it’s dark. Nothing around, absolutely not possible to grab some food in the late evening. Kind of ghost area but scary-I mean for a woman.Only elevator available to get in, I’m not sure about it.I’m lucky I got a discount although in my opinion the prices are way too high for this hotel and area.

Staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. Good range of breakfast options.

Towel rail was broken.

Was able to change the booked date at short notice i.e on the Sunday afternoon was able to change date to that evening from the original booked arrival on the following Wednesday.
