There was no use of the info brochures displayed the room, in particular the real SPA and sauna opening hours were different drone those in the brochure. Even reception staff was not sure about exact sauna opening time.

Beautiful location, nice nature walk to the lake. Parking was plentiful and free of charge. The landscape around the hotel is nice even in cold, gloomy winter weather.

A bit underwhelming and overpriced for what it offers, especially during winter months. Breakfast is quite expensive so we skipped it (luckly you can do that). The restaurant is nice and the prices are OK, however we saw an announcement that it's closed on Sundays and Mondays which was dissapointing especially because the area is a bit remote with not a lot of options. 85 EUR for a 50 minutes herbal compress massage was underwhelming for such a resort - would not recommend as it's just not worth it.

Spa is a very nice touch. There is also free parking which is a big plus. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Breakfast is a little bit pricey.

We liked the location, we had a view at the pool, the room has everything you need. The spa was nice as well we came on a rainy day so it was great to relax in the sauna and pool. The bed was good and comfy.

The restaurant was really disappointing. Fish was not cooked properly and the replacing dish was not great either. You can expect more of a 4* hotel restaurant and also we didn’t get any compensation. After this disappointment we cancelled our breakfast for the next morning.

Everything was perfect. The room is big enough and has space for two. Everything was clean. We were provided with towels, robes, and a big bag for the swimming pool/sauna. The restaurant at the hotel was nice, all the meals were delicious. There is a café as well which has good coffee. The swimming pools are clean. There is a park nearby and the lake is in a walking distance. Hats off to the staff, all of them were super polite and helpful, fluent in English and German.

The only thing I would really like to change is the outside swimming pool, because most of the time it is overcrowded with people/athletes who train. The training starts early in the morning, and we could hear them because our room's view was directly into the pool.

Bed! If you are travelling as a couple, the queen bed is composed of two mattresses and you constantly fall into the hole inbetween

It was our second time staying in this hotel for a relaxing spa weekend. Other bonuses: free large parking, spacious rooms, cleanliness and the spa!* A 5 minut walk to the lake.

A nice location to go for a run close to the lake, a decent spa that is opened until 10pm

Staff was not able to process my payments with several cards.According to my bank the Seepark Hotel was not online with the pay provider used by Master or VISA provided by my house bank .Better training for the young staff suggested.

It’s a clean easily accessible building. They have a nice spa and gym and a pretty outdoor area.

The rooms were functional but the orange shower was a bit intense…

Disappointed

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I specifically booked a room with a double bed, but what I got was two single beds pushed together with an uncomfortable gap in the middle. It was far from what I expected or paid for. On my reservation its clearly said that is a normal bed and not two pushed together!!Additionally, I was shocked to learn that there is no manager available on weekends. When I raised my concerns with the reception staff, they were rude and unhelpful, making the situation even worse. This lack of professionalism and poor service made my stay very unpleasant.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting decent service or a comfortable stay.

The hotel highly exceeded our expectations! Everything was perfect, from the location and the spa with an indoor pool to the size of the rooms and friendliness of the staff. The thing we liked the most is that the spa area is open till 22.00. Definitely one of the very best hotels we stayed in :)

I would appreciate an earlier check-in (at 14.00 for example), the price of the breakfast is very high.

We liked the staff at the property, the room design and view, the variety of breakfast and the delicious dinner. We had here only an overnight stop but was excellent.

Nice hotel. Stayed for 2 nights. Booked it for the wellness. Great location for sure, not too far from downtown. Nicely cleaned rooms. A joga mat and a bag for the towels for the wellness with flip flops are a nice touch!Tried the breakfast one day. It was great. Especially the self serving fruit/veggie juice maker. Very satisfied with the variety of gluten free bread on demand. It was warmed up! Super tasty bread! They also served gluten free cornflakes and cookies. Tables are too close from one another though. The wellness and indoor pool was great. Unfortunately couldn’t relax too much since they were playing with a ball and jumping on the pool.

The indoor pool was too crowded and people/children were jumping into the pool. The sauna is nice but small so it was very occupied.

Best breakfast ever. Pricy, but amazing. The staff was friendly and cooperating. I liked the swimming pool and the park in front of the hotel. Big parking.

The whole athmosphere is a little bit cool, like in congress centres.

Everything fine, would be good if gym group classes could start earlier, 7 or 8, maybe include yoga and pilates.
