Great location, large space in room, modern, very comfy beds, friendly & very helpful staff, the city center was accessible. In general I recommend this hotel.

Heating system the room was not very warm even that the AC was quite in a high degree. And the cleaning staff did not clean the whole space of the room.

Location was great, the whole city center was accessible especially for advent market.

The New Year party was underwhelming.

I didn't like having to search for my own parking on the city street. I didn't like having to search for the parking garage. I didn't like searching for my car when I went back to the parking garage. A valet would have been nice and I would have paid for one. When people are in a new city, driving in a busy downtown area with one way roads can be stressful. The last thing a guest wants to do after driving in and unloading bags is to go search for parking and/or a parking garage in an unfamiliar city. Also, as a visitor, I don't speak the local language, so the tv was useless. It would have been nice to be able to plug my laptop into the tv so I could watch something in English. But the tv was disabled so changing the input was not possible. There should be an option for guests to plug laptops into the tv. This is perfectly safe for the tv.

Great location, right in the center of the city, exceptionally friendly staff. The breakfast was also fantastic with the beautiful view across the city with the mountains in the background. We loved it we definitely be back.

Staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. Excellent breakfast buffet. Walking distance to all main attractions.Oh, hip and chic which made this older couple feel young(ish).

That I couldn’t live here all the time?

It was a nice hotel, reasonably priced and the standard queen room decent although it may be tight for 2 people with not really enough room if there were 2 large bags. It was a comfortable stay with an excellent breakfast menu in a lovely room on the 5th floor and a view over the city. It was a fair distance (1km) from the station but walkable and very close to the charming old town.

Nothing except there was no tea/coffee in the room.

No AC when it was one of the hottest days ever and we were there for a race. Could not sleep in days leading up to a race.

For us it’s all about a good nights sleep. The bed mattress was mushy, little support. Breakfast was a BIG disappointment. There is an Illy right next door go there! It was clean, great rooftop bar and good location. But in the end, if you don’t get a good nights sleep nothing much matters.

Bedding. Too soft. Like a taco you sink in.

All great and there was a bottle of mineral water. It was quiet and centrally located near the Lindworm. Good value for money.

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice.

Perfect clean,comfy,location,delicious breakfast

Perfect location for a shorter city visit (private or business) with very good transport connections. Modern yet stylishy designed hotel in minutes of walking distance to the old town, local market (Saturdays), banks and shopping center in the middle of the pedestrian area. Connection to Wörther See with a bus from Heiligengeist Platz (15 min) or walking along the Lendkanal (45 min). Forthcoming staff, very helpful attitudes. Parking in the adjacent underground garage on Neuer Platz, tickets at the hotel reception. High standard rooms, abundant breakfast in a rooftop breakfast room with a nice view of the city center and mountains - on the 7th level an open-air rooftop terrace serving drinks and easy dishes, offering a relaxing sunbath.

In the rooms the space for storing clothing / shoes could be larger.

Lovely modern and very comfortable and close to the centre whilst being very quiet. Excellent value for money.

hotel charged twice my room. So now I have problem for returning money. I already sent to hotel proof from my bank but problem still not resolved. How this is happened? Im really frustrated...

The rooms are comfortable, clean and the bed is very comfortable. We slept wonderfully and had a relaxing breakfast. There is a good assortment of breakfast options.

My room didn't have basic amenities such as water boiler for a tea. I thought nowadays you can find them in every room! Otherwise in Klagenfurt this is my go-to hotel always

Very good facilities, staff were very helpful as my husband was in a local hospital and passed away during my stay. The staff went out of their way to be compassionate and helpful during this sad time.
