MY HOME MY HOTEL Rosenheim

Nice hotel, conveniently located. Enough chargers for electric cars in the neighborhood. This time, the rooftop bar was open and we had some fun time there as well! With check in, even after reception was closed, all of our passes were conventiently printed/placed.

Contact with the hotel staff after opening hours, for one of my colleagues. Bar staff is not hotel staff. Though we solved the issue otherwise, having an emergency number for contacting the hotel reception staff would be nice.

The room was ok and clean, overall the hotel was very new and modern

It was the worst Hotel experience I ever had at MY HOME MY HOTEL Rosenheim.Even before arrival, there was already a serious issue: a data breach led to my personal information being shared with third parties, and I have since received multiple spam emails.However, the experience at the property itself was even more disturbing:When we arrived at 1:00 a.m and want to check in at the check in counter., the hotel lobby was filled with intoxicated people who clearly did not belong to the hotel.There were empty alcohol bottles and illegal substances scattered around.On the check-in counter, a laptop was placed playing loud techno music.The atmosphere was intimidating to the point where, as a woman, I would not have dared to enter the hotel alone. For luck my male partner who is very big and strong was with me.Later that night, at 3:30 a.m., a loud fire alarm went off for 30 minutes without any sign of danger.This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had, both professionally and privately. It felt unsafe, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.

The rooms were mostly clean and very modern. The space was adequate and felt warm and welcoming. The value was also very good in comparison to other options.

I think most of this is due to a change in management, however the bar was closed the entire stay, and the restaurant was closed on Newyears Eve. This would have been better if it was advertised as such so we could better plan. The facilities themselves were very wheelchair friendly however they had no parking spots for wheelchair users that we could see. The bathrooms were also a bit tight for a wheelchair user. The cleaning staff did a good job of cleaning the room but left the windows open, this lead to an insect being on the bed after we returned from our activities, leaving the feeling of not being clean. I mention all of this as a way to notify management and to improve for future guests, not to be mean or vindictive.

A beautifully designed hotel with stylish rooms and a great atmosphere. Very modern with all the amenities that are needed. Very easy self check-in when we arrived late at night. Very convenient underground parking. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom very modern.

The staff was very low in energy and motivation. Breakfast was ok but really nothing special. In such a stylish environment we were surprised to find such a below average breakfast. The cleanliness wasn’t perfect, there was hair in the shower and dust on the bathroom ventilation.

The room was fresh and clean. It has a mountain view. The soundproofing is good, we haven’t heard any sound from other rooms and corridor.

It would be great to have a mini fridge to store cold water in a hot day. The parking slots are too narrow, and it may be difficult to find a free space in the evening.

Easy to find, super close by the high way. Clean and modern room, everything works well in the bathroom, enough plugs for charging and comfortable beds.Nice breakfast with fresh breads, fruits, and cereal options. Standard German.

Location is in a more industrial area, so it feels a bit weird driving up there alone in the dark / night. Didn't seem very well secured, I could walk in just like that and my card was waiting for me at the reception without anyone being present. Basically anyone could have walked in and taken my card.. Breakfast might have some extras such as pastries or actual juice (not the one from the machine).

Great position next to the Autobahn.Underground parking.Self check in.

Buisiness hotel, good location, good restaurant, nice room but are serving a very poor breakfast.

Great overnight stay on our way into our ski vacation. I was surprised to see the hotel was rated with less than 8, as we were very satisfied. We needed a clean bead and a warm shower and it certainly fulfilled its duty. Moreover, we recommend the Dinzler Cafe which is very close to the hotel, for breakfast or lunch. We were too late for the hotel breakfast, so had to find an alternative. The many charging stations at the hotel are a big plus for E-vehicles, like ours. It was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. We enjoyed our stay and have put it in the list for future visits.

modern hotel. it was a great room and the location was perfect for my needs. easy to find and car parking

the restaurant was a big disappointment. in the evening I tried to eat there and sat for almost half an hour and no one asked if I wanted anything. I got out, got in the car and went to the gas station to buy a bun and sausage. Breakfast also very modest. based mostly on buns. Traditional omelettes, sausages and the like were completely absent.

Very good accessibility from the Highway, Helpful staff, Clean and quiet room. I think it is a great hotel to stay in if you plan to move around with your own car (no problem with parking around the hotel or in the underground garage)

Without a car, there were not so many options to get to Rosenheim city center (I stayed during Munich's Octoberfest), but it is not the hotel's fault.

the room is to small,colours black and yellow..to dark ,for two person double room is to small,no place to put baggage.Nothing else .For the stuff doesn't matter if you a re a client or a person form the street .They are indiferent.

Comfortable rooms, easy accessible from the highway.

The breakfast was very mediocre for a price of €15 per person. Only a few breads and a bit of yoghurt available. For a price of €15 I expect a bit more choice of foods for breakfast.

Great decor, great restaurant staff. Good parking facility

Air conditioning was set at 20C minimum. On a very hot day, the window, blind & curtains had been left open. Staff member helped out a bit, but couldn't get the room cool. No idea how the blond worked, so remained in the dark once staff member had lowered it

Rooms are not bad, but had a very unpleasant smell. Also the room had a dishwasher, which was full of dirty dishes

Extremely small rooms, no place to add any children what push you to pay for another room. The hotel send a lot of email after booking and after the visit.

The hotel is in a good location on the way to Austria, especially if you’re heading towards Grossglockner. It’s a convenient stopover for travelers.The beds were comfortable, and we slept well.The bathroom was clean and met our needs.

The breakfast was quite basic and didn’t include any hot dishes, which was disappointing.There were plenty of parking spots in the underground garage, but they were all taken. The spaces were also very tight, making it hard to park.

Stayed there one night on our road trip. Very clean room, very nice. Staff was extremely nice. Loved that we could arrive late and still check in via automatic system.
