B&B Hotel Rosenheim

Very close to the train station and to our pleasant surprise, it was very quiet.

I’m being picky, but I wish they had a kettle or coffeemaker in the room. The coffee vending machine did not have very good tasting coffee. However, only made that mistake once as the hotel was very close to other places to grab a coffee.

Check in at the terminal was easy, nothing needs to be done to check out, you can just leave. We only needed a room to crash after the Herbstfest festival and it was perfect for that. Room was clean, had three separate beds and an AC unit which was really nice to have. The price was one of the best in the town during the festival.

There was a lack of power outlets for three of us to charge phones, watches and powerbanks, only three power outlets were present in the room and one in the the bathroom. Not a dealbreaker for sure, but just something to look out for in certain situations. The cheap parking besides hotel is only 1h max, and the underground parking was a bit expensive, same hotel chain in other cities (i.e. Dresden) offered much cheaper prices for parking.

I absolutely loved the location. It was so fun to be so close to the train station, even though we did not need it. So close to the center of town and the room were super, super quiet with the double pane very quiet windows. Receptionist was very friendly and the breakfast was pretty good.

On Sunday we had to wait until 7:30 am to have breakfast so it was pretty chaotic when so many people lined up for breakfast and it took me over 40 minutes to reach the food. It would be nice if we did non't have to wait so long for the dusty breakfast. It would also be nice if they build some additional small shelves on the room so we can add more of our travel items. Thank you for sharing our review. It is a great place overall.

Location, bed was comfortable, breakfast was ok

The room was supposed to be non-smoke, it was definitely smoked in the room before our stay. Carpet needs cleaning urgently, so do curtains, and bathroom. Shower did not drain. Breakfast and breakfast area was ok, but we were rushed out before could finish breakfast not in a very friendly manner, because it was 10 am. ( the area stays open all day otherwise). And the owners should not assume people don’t speak Croatian just because they speak other languages with them. I am Croatian and speak the language very well.

Great location close to railway station and inner city.Multiple shops and restaurants nearby or within walking distance.Parking possibility/ garage is very close and daily price is reasonable.Kind staff, got our booking as we requested. Various options for breakfast.

Bread roll for the breakfast provided should have been fresher, it's been a challenge through our stay.Communication possibility in English is limited both in written and verbally.

Travelled with my 17yo son, would have been good to have 2 single beds rather than a double bed. Staff very friendly and helpful, the hotel is lovely and clean. Location is a couple of minutes walk from the train station. Easy access to the town with plenty of cafes, restaurants and shopping, all the locals are welcoming. Breakfast within the hotel is available at a extra charge however there is not a huge selection.

The Breakfast didn't really worth the price paid. In other hotels from the same brand the breakfast is cheaper with more variety.

No breakfast for very early departures.

Location close to the station was great (especially for travellers by train). Also the connection between the parking garage and the hotel was very convenient. The breakfast was very tasty and with a large offer to choose from and definitely of great value. Also the spontaneous booking of a breakfast spot in the morning was a very nice service.

For longer stays the rooms could be more spacious

I was hier second time already. For my purposes the hotel is very good. Easy check-in. Close to the city center, busses.

The room was immaculately kept clean and provided all the neccessities that is required for a visiting professor to hold meetings, prepare for lectures and still relax.

When faster trains pass by the bed is shaking. but that goes with location.

Near train station which how we wanted. Good air conditioning, appreciate it since its a hot summer day; clean.

Late update that we gonna have 2 rooms instead of 1 room for the whole family. Already made the booking before they send the update.

The pillow is too thin and the bed very small. If you go to breakfast at the end of the allowed period, the bread is finished.

Very comfortable top floor room. Very peaceful. Excellent bike parking. Excellent location by the train station. This is a very reliable chain of good value hotels.

Excellent location next to rail station plus secure car park with direct access to the hotel. Easy to check in and out - friendly and helpful.
