Parkhotel Crombach am Salingarten

Very spacious room. Very kind and helpful staff.

Despite being an older hotel, it was well maintained and clean. The bathrooms were newly renovated and also very clean. We were also very happy with how well the air conditioning worked.

The lobby and hallways were a little dated.

The room was large and comfortable The staff was good at meeting our needs. Loved the location.

Na

Location and cleanliness and staff was great

All good

Good location

Small lobby and small bar

Breakfast was good. Would have liked a coffeemaker in the room.

Pillows were hard

The staff at the reception were very nice and very friendly. Thank you Mr Mayer :) Also the breakfast was very nice

It would be better if there was a restaurant in the hotel

Perfect location, very kind stuff willing to help, great breakfast.

Is was perfect location for us .we was traveling from Venice to Germany and is was stopping place for us .is was not far from swimming pool and saunas to relax.

Is was weird set up in the double room, was shower by the intrence door and toilet and the sink in the bedroom ? ?

The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was lovely.

No dining room/restaurant, and no facilities for tea and coffee

Nice people, parking lot, great location

Old bath design

location and parking space

chaotic service, bad contact, low quality rooms, terrific beds

The location

The bed and pillow was very uncomfortable, the hairdreier brocken. The room was too hot and turnung the aircon made the room drei so i scare to get sick. Need renovation

The hotel is well situated between the station and the Altstadt. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good to get a single room.

I found the soap dispensers in the bathroom difficult to use. I need both hands to squeeze them which makes catching the soap as it comes out quite tricky.

Well organized and friendly reception, great location, nice rooms, comfy beds, very good breakfast.

Staff at the reception was exceptional and very professional and welcoming.Free parking on site was also a big plus since it was directly in the city center and pedestrian area and only a 5 minute drive away from the train station.Beds were really comfortable. Fridge in the room was nice. Shoe cleaning machine on the first floor. Elevator nice with luggage.

A coffee/tea maker and a kettle in the room would be a big plus.

I stayed here about forty years ago and the hotel is much the same - a comfortable, traditional hotel. The outside car park was full, but the receptionist allowed me to park in the garage below the hotel.

I noticed that one of the electric switches in my room was clicking quite loudly every 15 seconds when the lighting was on. On returning to the room in the evening, I kept everything switched off and undressed, cleaned my teeth and went to bed in the dark. It was Ok, at least it was silent.

I liked everything, including the location, staff, and the facilities.

The staff at the Parkhotel Crombach was friendly and extremely helpful during my stay. The room was designed for a solo traveler and was just the right size.

A bit dated, but that was what I expected and it added to the charm of the hotel.

The location and the bed was super comfy

It was a little dirty and had a bad odor
