Pros +
- The quietness and comfort of the community, even with wedding reception downstairs in bar area.
- very good breakfast, restaurant in the hotel, parking close to the hotel
- We only stayed here one night after arriving quite late in a thunderstorm. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we even made it in time for a lovely meal in their very cosy restuaraunt along with some really good beer from Brauerei Auer in Rosenheim. Our room was small but suitable.Breakfast was ample and varied, with everything from bread, cheese and meats, to salmon, fruit and muesli as well as weisswurst. There was a niuce looking terrace and swimming pool on site but we had to leave so never got the chance to try these out.The village itself is very small but set in wonderful surroundings. This proved to be a nice stop on our trip.
Cons -
- Loud in the night - possible to hear people outside and inside of the hotel
- The male waiter in the bar area was a little unfriendly. He was fine at first, and brought me the one beer I ordered to my table but on paying, whilst not asking for a tip, it was clear he was unhappy when I didn't do so.I will tip when service is good and/or prolonged but this was just one beer.Overall staff were great but this one needs to learn from the others.
- Limited breakfast, limited staffing, no hot water for shower

Great location
Limited breakfast, limited staffing, no hot water for shower
The room was clean and functional. The restaurant serves excellent food. Staff were friendly
The restaurant is closed Mondays and Tuesdays and there are no other options to eat nearby without driving on those days. Breakfast was very basic, maybe because we were there during the rest days and only very few staff were around and in the kitchen
Good
The room curtains were too thin allowing a lot of light to go through with the result that at 6 we were already awake.
The countryside is simply breathtaking and people very friendly. My room was small but very clean. Their breakfast was delicious.
It would have been nice to have had an offer of my luggage taken up. Something a gentleman should always do!Sorry but my evening meal was not very nice- very stodgy, simple and huge! Tasted a bit like a Christmas meal :/Also, I had lost my dress and wrote to them asking if I had left it behind in my room. I am still waiting for a reply, a month later.
Love the historic aspect in the nice little village.
The pillows were horrible.
Great breakfast and you are in the foothills of the Alps
