Very good spacious room with huge terrace,you can get very good sleep here , I loved the room.

A little bit far of attractions.

Good breakfast in this level. You can request any type of eggs freshly made. Great coffee machine. Good selection of food.

We booked the room for two persons. but we got only one small quilt and there was no any other blanket in the room. We arrived too late to ask anyone to give us an additional one.

This hotel was fantastic. Great staff friendly and helpful. Very clean and room was great. Ate in the restaurant twice and the food was lovely at good prices. Nice little bar to.have a drink. Breakfast fabulous. Absolutely recommend.

There was nothing we didn't like

Exquisite personel, that makes your stay worthwhile.. Wonderful location and comfortable and clean rooms. Personal requests were met complitely. Definately we will be back.

We have spent wonderful days in the hotel. The staff was very nice, we accidentally left my luggage at home, and they gave me a phone charger for the week, I really appreciate it! We spent most of the time cycling around the region, in the evenings the sauna was a great place to relax. The breakfast was versatile and delicious. Definitely reccomend this place!

We were very satisfied, one thing that I could mention and it's mostly about my subjective preferences, that the matress was too soft for me.

The initial message about the restaurant being closed was only in German. Personally, I would appreciate receiving the message in both German and English, as it would save me some time figuring out what it said.

No complaints at all

We liked the spa, as well as the breakfast. The restaurant is really welcome on the evening, especially if you are unlucky and the weather is not as encouraging to go again out as expected. It is even open longer to get a last drink to celebrate the day before bed.

One staff nenber was a bit unhelpful/unwilling which was quite unpleasant one day, but all was good at the end.

Free parking, beautiful view, modern and spacious room (I was in room 2), very big patio, all in all: it was amazing.

Staff was very helpful. We rented 2 electric bikes and as the battery was only 60-70% they only charged for one. Was a detail and we did more than 40 km! I truly reccomend renting these electric bikes for a lake tour, THe whole place is fantastic and as a family-driven hotel we feel at home. Breakfasts were delicius and with a good variety of foods and of course eggs, variety of cheeses and vegetables and fruits!

Nothing significant

Such a nice acommodation, very kind people, very generous parking & very clean rooms. Exactly what you need for a short pit-stop in Mondsee. You can take the bus or walk to the closest shop or to the lake. Being next to the town makes it quiet and surrounded by nice scenery. Truly relaxing.

There is literally nothing to dislike. Fabulously managed. Super-welcoming people. Warm atmosphere. Everything 100% functional. Excellent food and breakfast. Large private parking. Hotel located close to highway in a very quiet area absolutely worth discovering.Bottom line, probably the best “value for money” ever encountered.Congratulations to the Team! Keep going and your sense to make one feel home immediately is simply an Example!
