- The room is the size of a matchbox and quite basic.
- Hard to book since they don't like to take credit card to guaranted reservation. They want a bank transfer which is a pain.
- Room was too hot, even with heat completely off. Had to keep window open. Garbage pick-up daily at 6 a.m. very loud. Might be not matter if your room doesn't face the street. Be aware that you have to wire a deposit to hold the room.

The customer service was exceptional! Staff were welcoming, accommodating and went above to help our stay be as pleasant as possible. The breakfast is free and delicious with a huge variety!
