Pros +
- The room was beautiful, looked like new and it was very clean.Breakfast was great.
- Sadly, there was a mix-up, and we weren't able to stay. The employee felt horrible and paid us for our room.He tried calling around to find us another place. We were able to find something close by.
- The restaurant food was excellent and owner was very kind to us. We got Covid in the journey so we needed to isolate in our room. Thank goodness they had a great menu and we were able to order food and bring it to the room. This place is a clear favorite with the locals. It is only about 6-7 minutes to Kaufbeuren center. There was plenty of parking. I look forward to returning.
Cons -
- Walls are a little thin but if you have considerate co-guests it is delightully quiet
- Parking can be a problem early in the evening. Restaurant business, but clears after 2000 hrs. Current wifi provider, Telekom_Free, very weak, cuts out a lot, and drops phone calls a lot. With an updated wifi provider I’d add a plus plus to my 5 star rating for the hotel.

Clean and in the country. Very traditional. Highly appreciated if you have Baverian Roots. Unfortunately did not go for dinner to seek out seldom offered Bavarian specialties

Location was perfect at outskirts of town but still within 4mins drive to town centre. Staff were extra friendly including the owner who put himself out to welcome us as a late night arrival.
