This was the perfect place to stay with two couples traveling together.

The place was very spacious and we thankful to have a garage for the car and enjoyed the sauna as well. Being in the old city we were walking distance to everywhere we were going.

Great location, very nice room, big bed, good shower.. Easy check in and very nice neigborhood.

The location was excellent, the room was stunning. We arrived very late but had the code to access our room the biulding & room. I'll definitely be back. We were there for the hockey warrior tournament

Kitchen facilities, bed matress...

The room was at ground floor and you could not open any window cause windows were at the street and everyone was passing outside your window, and the room had a smell like closure.

In an building from 14th century, room was spacious, clean, excellent bathroom, amazing ambience, at town center. Self check-in very easy.

It was the second time I stayed in room number 13 at this property. I absolutely love it, and I cannot imagine going to Kaufbeuren and staying anywhere else. The Netflix and other streaming options on TV were a great update!

I needed to contact someone with a question concerning my checkout. I called the provided contact number, but nobody could speak English. It would be a good idea to have a WhatsApp number for emergencies.

Great room

Location was busy with loud crowds hanging out at the bars at the end of the street. And had a bit of an uncomfortable vibe : and we only had 2 coffee pods for two people for two days , second morning no coffee? and I realize I’m not a fan of a hotel with no reception and breakfast room

Nice place in rustic style with old fashioned windows, arches, amazing wooden floors and all modern amenities inside. Comfortable beds, well equiped kitchen (the only thing we were missing is salt & a crockery for the 4-th person). Central location in old town, close to restaurants and attractions. Convenient check in. Great place for reasonable price.

The only downside, we were missing crockery for the. 4-th person. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Perfect…every room very clean,much space and make it with taste.I will come back soon!!

Didn’t like at all, we had to urgently stop in near by Hotel and we booked for 3 adults around 16:00pm when we got there we had only on large bed and sofa.We checked in at 22:00am, also we had to go by ourself to get pillows

There was a strange smell in one of the rooms on the 1st floor (maybe a previous guest smoked in the room), so I could only sleep with slightly open windows there.

Neue Möbilierung mit Designmöbel, mit viel Stauraum. Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, gute Betten, Nachttischlampen mit Handyaufladestation, grosses Zimmer. Echtholzboden, kein Laminat.

We had room nr. 1 at the ground floor facing the main street trough the old village. On all the windows we had to keep the shutters down permanentely because of the permanent noise!! from the bypassing people and the exhaust of the cars. Everyone could see from the street directly into the room. Very noisy. .There was no air con or airation in the the room and it soon became stuffy and unconfortable.In the bathroom it was impossibe to put down the bare items , not even the toohpaste or the shaving foam. Everything fell down. A shelf under the mirror would have been quite helpful.

The accommodation exceeded expectations. Room was well set up, good kitchen facilities, everything well organised, access was easy, bed was very comfortable, central location was convenient.

Only one pillow provided per person - two would have been better.Pop up pub opposite was VERY loud and the music and people noise continued well past midnight. Only impacted one of two nights that we were there.

Great apartment, felt very luxurious !Very clean and big.At the time the price / quality balance was very good!

only small downside is there is no parking but you can leave the car 10min in front to load/unload.there is a parking in the town-hall nearby

It was very clean and very comfortable. The rustic style is very beautiful. The neighbourhood is also lovely with lots of restaurants and stores.

I was very excited about the bath, but it was leaking on the drainage pipe.

Very nice apartment, easy to check in. We liked the style of apartment. We had late check in and the bed for children was already made. Beds were comfortable , rooms were spacious and clean, shower was very clean and shiny. Apartment has a kitchen where you can make your own food.

Tall people watch out - door frame of the bedroom is quite low. After two bumps with the head into it I kind of developed sense of caution - everything comes through your own experience ??
