The room itself is simple but clean; no issues with it.

-- Outside office hours, you need to work with check-in machine that lets you in. In our case, it did not know about the fact the room was already paid for at Booking.com, and double-charged me. -- In the morning, the front desk recognized the fact of double charging but refused to do anything, referring to their management by email.-- The management does not reply to emails; so the issue is still not resolved.-- As a bonus, toilet facilities are well below the average.

The room and bathroom were very clean, neat and of good quality.

The room was a little small; it was difficult to move around easily for two adults.

This was a very basic hotel and for the price you got what you paid for. We got 6 of us in 2 rooms. A room with a triple bunk. It had a sink. You shared the toilet and shower with the rest of the floor. We didn’t shower and the toilet was dirty in the evening but had been cleaned well by the morning. You had to make your own bedsheets up which was disappointing at 11pm with 4 kids. There was no soap. Or towels. However, we paid approx £15 per person to stay there and it was warm. The quality of the sheets were poor and overall I wouldn’t go there for any longer than a night unless I really had to. It was good value for what it was. But you got what you paid for ….

No soap in the sink to wash hands after toilet or in bedroom. A small towel for hands and a bit of soap would have been good. Luxury would have been to have the beds made up.

Nothing, room was pure cigarette smell, shower outside and really dirty, no reimbursement even after I’m paying for 2 rooms and not used, as I wouldn’t stay with my family.

Good Value for limited money. Gave us an insight in the world of traveling construction workers etc. (Not many tourists with a family like us)

Parking was private, but not with a closed fence during the night (we have a trailer with a tarpaulin).

Very convenient location. Good check in even considering the late hour of arrival. Lots of parking. Showers and toilets clean.

The check in was great, with nearby places to eat and places to visit in the city. The guy spoke nice english for a french person.

It’s practical, easy and comfortable for a good night’s rest after a long drive. It’s basic but it has got everything you can ask for and it’s very clean! The staff was also really friendly and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast the morning after

Shared showers - were dirty

The price was cracking value. Yes it was basic but the price reflected this. The staff were really friendly. Check in was easy. Really big car park so parking isn`t an issue. We managed to park our 3 motorcycles almost outside our rooms. It`s a half hour walk from the town centre so felt fairly secure. Showers and toilets are before the corridors where your rooms are but are very clean. Would stay again if I was in the area.

Room, as expected, was very small and the beds were small.

Clean, very friendly, no frills stopover. The toilets and showers were kept always clean, the room was comfortable for a couple. Breakfast was on a self serve buffet with all that was needed as well as excellent free coffee. The towels can be purchased if you haven't got your own. We slept well, we felt it was great value for money.

Does not cost much, it is clean, it is indeed small.

Cheap overnight accommodation for a 1 night stay while driving through France. plenty of parking spaces

Receptionist was not very welcoming simply took payment and gave keycode for the room - Didn't offer the advertised breakfast option. Room had unpleasant smell upon arrival need to open the window to air it out. lights in one of the toilet cubicles didn't work. Lots of noise from other guests (mainly children running up & down corridors)

A good stay for 1 night. Comfortable bed and staff were nice enough and helpful.

The daytime staff, particularly the lady, was delightful and helpful. However, the gentleman on the night shift seemed unprofessional and unhelpful.

At midnight, the fire alarm blared, disrupting our sleep entirely.

The private facilities are a good addition, however the bathroom was VERY small.It was almost impossible to sit on the WC without banging your face on the wash basin. The room was also very small. When we arrived, there was a strong smell of cigarettes in the corridor and we were worried that our room would be smoky, just like when we stayed in July this year. Fortunately our room was clear of smoke. The employee we saw in the morning was very friendly?
