The Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful

Accessibility, easy to find, good parking, comfortable room, good breakfast and super hosts. Would definitely stay there again.

We arrived late and the owner and his wife were so nice and helpful. In the morning, we only wanted a coffee which we had in their bar, which was full of locals. Because we were only staying one night, our regret was that we didn't have time to look around Chaumont, although we did visit the viaduct after we left in the morning.

Staff were quite pleasant, room adequate.

It was a mile away from any bar or restaurant. Whilst the hotel had a bar attached to it we returned to the hotel at 8.45pm but everything was closed and no drink food or anything available. Given restaurant etc a mile + away this was inconvenient.

Easy walk into centre. Free parking. Great overnight stop on motorcycle tour.

It was clean. Value for money

It was dated and tired but for the money it was worth. The owner/manager was excellent. Helpful and kind.

Pleasant welcome both for us and our dog. Convenient location, within easy walking distance of the centre. Street parking easy to find.

Some miniature cartons of milk to go with the tea- and coffee-making facilities would have been a plus. Breakfast was not really to our taste: no yogurt, no boiled eggs, no fruit salad, but never mind.

Super friendly hosts, pictures of property dont don’t do it justice it’s lovely, great parking, great bedroom, great big bed, tv, kettle, tea and coffee, lovely breakfast nothing is too much trouble for the hosts, lots to see in the surrounding area Chaumont is lovely. Highly recommend five stars ? ????

This hotel bettered my expectations. The room and bed were comfortable and clean. The hosts were friendly and helpful. There was a private car park and the location was a short walk to the town centre. Breakfast was fine too.

There was nothing we didn't like.

No wi-fi, bathroom shower fitting coukd do with a good descaling, over powering use of air freshener in bedroom, expensive for a two star hotel

Lovely friendly staff. Nice large room. Hotel looks a bit past it's best but comfortable beds. Short walk into town.

Breakfast is very basic. Nice bread and coffee but no meat or eggs. Only pre-wrapped cheeses.

Welcoming hotel and staff very helpful. Private Car Park next to hotel. Clean and spacious room. Walking distance to centre. Good restaurants to choose from for evening meal.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a suburban street, but less than 10 minutes' walk from restaurants, including Restaurant Des Remparts, excellent, and from the Centre National de Graphisme, although unfortunately the latter was open only from 2 pm. Parking was immediately adjacent to the hotel, with easy access.

The towels had seen better days, and the shower gel came in sachets which were almost impossible to open (but fortunately there was also some in a bottle). The toilet pedestal was oddly placed far out from the wall, which made it easy to butt one's head on the facing wall. From about 6 am there was a very intermittent banging noise, which I couldn't locate.

The moment I drove to front of hotel the owner directed me to their car park which was very conveniently placed near the front door

Family run lower budget hotel, good spacious room, very comfortable bed

Slight Smokey smell, short walk into town centre

Good location, quiet, felt secure. No problems with accessing Wifi.

For the price paid for the room, everything was above expectation.
