The bathrooms were very dirty, and there was a strong smell coming from the drains!

Cleanliness is not as we used to know it before. There is a bad smell in the bathroom, the smell of guests smoking on the floors near the rooms, and the repetition of the same items in the breakfast buffet, while some of them have been cancelled.

The only thing I liked is the female receptionist in the morning and the bellman, they’re so friendly and polite.

Almost everything. The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned after the previous guest, the safe was still locked and the evening/night receptionist is rude, unprofessional, and impolite.I originally booked two rooms for me and my friends, I gave away our documents and we paid but we didn’t check in. When we came at night to check in, this rude receptionist mentioned that our IDs weren’t registered and it was. He tried to claim that it’s not to be able to ask for the marriage certificate along with the IDs, he stopped asking for it when I highlighted that the single room is for me only and double room is for my other two friends. I asked for an ironing service for one shirt at 10AM, I came back to the hotel at 8PM and the shirt wasn’t there! I called the receptionist, it was the blonde guy doing the night shift and he told me “the staff are too busy to check if the shirt is done”, I highlighted that I need the shirt by 9PM because I will be leaving. I called again after 30 minutes, he said that no one has time to check if my shirt is done and hung up the call in my face. The delivered the shirt at 9:20PM and the bill said I requested for a wash and an Iron service, which I didn’t!

Staff are super respectful and helpful, the location is very strategic and close to everything, and the breakfast is absolutely amazing!

Bad customer service very rude if you not Kurdish they don’t care about TV channel every channel you flip it says warning no signal or weak signal old furniture and dirty no gym no pool don’t get fool about it is not available

I love the location and it’s very clean

The breakfast is very average. The chef is not putting any effort to prepared the dishes himself but he’s using canned food or frozen food instead. do needs some maintenance and they’re not using any kind of scents.

I had a really nice stay here. The staff is kind and efficient, the room was large and the bed was comfortable. The shower was also very good – excellent water pressure and it's in a separate cubicle so it doesn't flood the rest of the bathroom. The location is excellent. There are also delicious sweets downstairs. I am very happy I chose this hotel.

This is only a small issue,, but the parking area is on a backstreet without direct access to the hotel (i.e. you have to walk back around to the main reception). However, there was plenty of parking space and it is very easy to access with the car.

the front desk employee were inexperienced and unprofessional at check out they charged the minibar but there is no any price list have been put in the room that refers the minibar is not free , even at check in they didn’t inform methe bathroom door handle was broken

Right on the vibrant Salem Street. Very nice Mandela cafe/Bar by the side. Breakfast was good.

Everything was old, floor carpets definetely needs changing. Overall hotel requires a through renovation. Internet wasn't the best. Hotel doesn't accept credit cards. Elevator is so slow. Useless plastic bags covers on the towels-creating waste.

hotel is designed to make a maximum of money, three or four beds in each room beds, uncomfortable pillow is old and uncomfortable  furniture is old and dirty

The location is great and pretty much where the centre is. the view is great and beatiful. the breakfast was also tasty and you have alot of option to choose from.

Perfectly located, spotless and modern hotel with all amenities for a fair rate. A great breakfast buffet and parking on-site, despite being so central.Incredible story behind the hotel and its owners, too.

Nothing! It was just perfect.

I liked the big spaces of room and bathroom. So comfy.

The annoyed points: smoking smells came to room from smokers in hall . While it should be non-smoking place. The other point the washbasin mixer need to be clean from dust in water filter, same with toilet hose. Looks water included lot of salts and filters need maintenance.

The property are not following the standards, as we asked them for an extra bed, but they brought us a old mattress, and their answer surprised me when they said we have no extra beds and we only provide mattresses.

I liked the big room, location, good breakfast and the clean beds

staff are not friendly at all, when returning to the hotel at night the doors were closed and there were no staff in the reception, besides there a loud sound of a generator coming to the room
