The staff are very good especially ( Hakar and Nma ) and the breakfast is perfect and so delicious

Everything excellent the elevator super quiet and quick, the staff at the bar superb

I found the hotel very good services and wonderful staff , especially the madam with green eyes work in front disk I don’t remember her name exactly may be is Ms. Julim or Julinim she is very cooperative and supportive

the staff, food and hygiene of the room, also the fact that the staff made a small mistake and fixed it and also gifted us with plates of fruit and dessert which was very generous

Overall, a great stay and highly recommended.

Poor internet, every stay I have to request a correction support to fix the problem, I believe it should be corrected as a stander service.

My stay was excellent. The room was clean, the view was beautiful, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The staff were all very friendly, especially the reception team, who were exceptionally welcoming specialy (Gullan , Chawan , Arin , Dlovan).

Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean with comfortable beds. Good room facilities.

Although the hotel is located inside the city but the location is far from shops and supermarkets. The air conditioning was poor. The in-room wifi was poor. The shower was not at a good condition.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. What I loved the most was the cleanliness, the organization, and the excellent service. The room was nice and comfortable, with a beautiful view. The reception staff were very professional and friendly. They even gave us a gift when we checked out, which was such a lovely gesture

The 360° revolving restaurant had very delicious food, but the décor felt a bit old, dark, and slightly dizzying. Also, the parking service was sometimes slow because of the crowd, even though they eventually brought the car.Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
